Wow! Thank you so much for your great service and amazing quality and helping us out of the bad situation! We first hired another company which turned out to be a disaster. Apparently, that other company's machine was not powerful enough and possibly broken, so they left all the chemical they used on our carpets soaked into our carpets, and our carpets - soaking wet. The smell was overwhelming, and we had a horrible night with the entire family sleeping in the living room. So in the morning, I just started calling all the carpet cleaning companies, and I truly lucked out because the Chem Dry had a job a few streets over and headed to our home right after. And then I got an introduction to what is a truly professional carpet cleaning company. Not only they did a great job and fixed what the other company did, their equipment was truly impressive. They had a specialized machine for each part of the job. They explained every stage of the process. They were friendly, polite, and courteous. They did a great job! Our carpet was so clean and mostly dry. The owner even called me the next day to make sure everything was ok because I was so worried about that horrible chemical smell from the other company going away, and about our carpet drying up enough for the kids to sleep in their beds. They cost just as much as all the other companies so don't think you have to overpay for their topnotch service. Plus, they give you a discount on the first job. They are now our go-to carpet cleaners. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you, guys! read more

Honestly, these guys are the best in the business! I don't just say that because their work is phenomenal, even though it is. But also, Thomas, the recently promoted general manager, is such a delight every time he comes over. I've had them come three times now, about once a year to clean the carpet. And they always leave it looking brand new! This time was particularly intense, since I got a puppy, about nine months ago. The carpet definitely suffered through the entirety of her potty training and accidents. They just finished and the carpet pretty much looks back to new, which is saying some thing! Every puppy potty accident you could imagine happened many many times on this carpet over the last nine months or so, and now it's as if it didn't happen at all! They're well priced, friendly, pet-safe, and easy to book - five stars for a reason! read more

My dog has been using my bedroom as his personal relief area. The smell got too much so I got a small handheld carpet cleaner. Tried that for months to no avail! I finally had it and called ChemDry Action Quick. Eric was very kind and professional. He explained the cleaning process and I booked services. I'm so happy that I went with ChemDry. Eric and Thomas were excellent! They were very thorough. I definitely recommend them. read more

Chen Dry Action Quick did a fantastic job on my carpets - I called and Eric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, although be prepared to listen and not ask questions... Eric if you read this, I really appreciated your customer service! I just wish you didn't interrupt me so much to talk up your business, so I could ask a couple questions... let your services speak for you!! They are great ones They arrived really late, by almost an hour past their 1.5 hour window they specified on the phone. Why still 5 stars you ask? Because to make up for their tardiness, the threw in the disinfecting treatment and the scotch guard treatment for free! They were very apologetic, and very thorough. My carpets literally look like new! Especially after the terrible stains that occurred after my dog's sick tummy unleashed itself... read more

Eric the owner was very responsive with the quote request via the yelp app. Once he arrived at the property, I had a huge oversight and didn't have the power turned on in our new home yet! ‍ he was very calm and continued to measure the space and offered an alternate time for him to come back. (I am normally not such a basket case but moving had me in tangles, and I appreciate his understanding.) When he did come back the next day, he did a great job cleaning our carpet and rug! Our rug had a flattened spot due to the ribbon that was holding it closed. He was determined to try to get it out for us, and got 97% of it out! He definitely strives to please his customers and for this type of work, it makes a huge difference! Thanks Eric!! read more

Wow! Eric really worked hard and brought new life to my kid dirty couch, chair and ottoman. They look new and I'm so appreciative of his hard work. Would absolutely recommend. read more

Eric - the owner and operator - and his associate, Thomas, did a fantastic job on our carpets. Their customer services was top notch - super nice and professional. It's amazing how much dog hair has accumulated below the surface and along the base boards over the past few years. They got is up and out. They left the home looking wonderful and smelling so good! Thank you both!! read more

Eric (owner) responded quickly when i requested a quote to clean pet urine and foot traffic stains out of carpets in two rooms of our home. We had an appointment scheduled for less than a week later (even with us being out of town for the long holiday weekend). They were on time and did an incredible job removing all of the stains. The cleaning products used did not put off any chemical odors into our home which is wonderful since we have an infant and i'm very sensitive to chemicals. I also really appreciate that they only charge for the actual square footage of carpet cleaned verses the overall size of the room. I will definitely be using this company again for our home! read more

I can't say enough good things about Eric and his team at ChemDry Action Quick. I originally had another company booked to clean my couch, but am SO glad that didn't work out in the end. My friend recommended the original cleaners to me, as she has the exact same couch, so I was surprised when they arrived at my house, 20 minutes late, to tell me that they wouldn't be able to clean it. They warned me that the brass buttons I had would bleed onto my cream colored couch, which is crazy since they managed to clean my friends couch with the same buttons. Frustrated I immediately called Eric, who not only walked me through the process of cleaning the couch, but advised me of all the products that would be used, and even offered to fill my dogs water bowl if we wouldn't be home :) I made an appointment for them to come the next morning. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures of the couch, because the difference is INCREDIBLE. I knew my couch was dingy, but wow. Eric and his team were so patient and thorough in cleaning my couch (I have a pin-tuck couch), and even had a special cone tool they used to clean in every single button divot. Not only that, but Eric sat there and meticulously picked off every piece of fabric that was pilling on the cushions. Oh, and if anyone was wondering, the brass buttons are fine. Not one issue with bleeding AT ALL. I absolutely recommend them, and next time will take before and after pictures, since we will definitely be returning customers. read more

The owner, Eric, was great to work with and the couch cleaning came out great! The price was also reasonable.

Let me just start off by saying, finding a good carpet cleaner or a great one is like trying to find a great tailor, there are many people in both professions that do passable work but finding an exemplary one is like finding a needle in the proverbial haystack. Well I found one today with owner Eric & his co-worker Thomas, they arrived promptly on time at my place at 8:00 AM and Eric before he even unpacked his van did a whole house estimation taking into consideration stairs and actual square footage they would be cleaning. He emphasized in person what he had explained over the phone that "He only charges for the square footage of the carpet he is cleaning" which is a nice touch and many other carpet cleaners do not do that. Eric explained in detail what they would be doing gave me 3 different job estimates and began the work. I have a three level townhouse with a ton of stairs and they worked for over 3 hours!! Great job the carpets look like brand new and they're almost 19 years old. Very pleased and will refer to all my friends and neighbors! Thanks so much Eric & Thomas!!! read more

Thorough, took enough time, kept me posted, showed up on time. Only disappointment was no follow up call to see if the treatment for the carpet the cat peed on, came out okay. I noticed residual urine smell, two days after. I should report this, but I fear they'll say, we did our best. If it's still there in the next days, I will call.....regardless. read more

This was my first time having someone come and clean a couch for me. I had no idea I could even find this service. Eric was amazing! He was so quick to respond with pricing and dates he was available to come. He came right on time at 8 am and gave me a detailed explanation on what was going to happen. It took approximately 2 hours. It dried really fast and I love that used eco friendly products so I'm not breathing in any heavy chemicals. My dirty couch came from my dog too so upon meeting my pup, Eric was very nice!! I really hope My couch won't get that dirty again but if it does, I'll call Eric! read more

I called this company to see if they could help me out with 5 white suede chairs, a sofa and seat. All fairly dirty. On the call they took plenty of time to explain the challenges and risks of cleaning the material. They said they'd be happy to help but couldn't guarantee results. Fair enough. Next day they came out, again explained the challenges with the fabric. They suggested they do one chair and see how it looks. My wife wasn't present and since she's the real decision maker they suggested that we wait until she comes home, let the chair dry out and she can then decide if she wants to do the rest of the furniture. They didn't take any payment. They said they'd come back the next day to finish the job if my wife was happy, then I'd pay for all chairs at same time. If I didn't want the other chairs done they'd call me to get my credit card to pay for the one chair. Very, very fair. Bottom line, wow, amazing customer service, putting client first, truly, they just want a happy client. They could have tried to sell me on doing all the furniture when they were there. Instead they suggested let my wife see the first chair and if she was happy they'd come back. It's not often you get customer service like this. I highly recommend based on their professionalism and honesty in how they presented the options. read more

Yes they are really 5 star. My initial phone call with Eric was very informative. He explained everything and i did my estimate myself through his directions. Made my appointment for following week. They were in my apartment right on time. Even though my carpet doesn't have much stain but they put quite a bit time to make sure everything was done perfectly. Quick dry is the biggest plus.Very pleasant experience with Eric and his associate Thomas. Highly recommended and make sure take advantage of first time %20 off. read more

Eric and crew are the best! We hired them to come clean our sofa and an area rug, and they did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, are very reasonably priced, and were friendly and fun to talk to. The cleaning itself was amazing as well... they even got all the dog hair off the sofa (an endeavor in itself). I would highly recommend them! read more

I am so very please with the work. My white couch looks amazing, and so does my carpet. I appreciate Eric answering all my questions before coming out, and also working with my schedule. I also loved the extra special attention that was given to my doggie while I was not there. My AC was leaking water, and Eric called me right away to let me know, and because he called me before 5, I was able to get someone out the next day. What a great guy!! I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!!! read more
