McIntosh Trail Family Practice in Griffin, GA - has THE VERY BEST PHYSICIANS & STAFF -ANYWHERE !!!…read more I want to tell the world how wonderful these folks are: Dr. David, Dr. Vicki, Holly (NP), Chelce, Allison, Kenzie, Mary Ann, Rhonda, Rich, Sheila, and Tammy. I don't know the names of the entire staff, but I'm sure they are of the same caliber as the above ! Not only are they friendly, loving & caring, but they hug us and pray for us. Yesterday Kenzie went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us. My husband, John, had depleted the supply of one of his medications, and I am leaving today to be out of town for a week. Thank you Kenzie, for helping us in this time of need !!!

The phone office staff is very rude and unprofessional and does not return calls. The office manager now is the worst out of all of them! I will never go back to that office again except to get my medical records and to tell Dr Vikki what a horrible office staff she has! I called for months and never got a call back and was pretty much called a liar by the office manager when I said I had left messages and no returns my phone calls because she "has 6 new people she hired to answer phones and do call backs". This lady is a joke and rude! So glad she didnt have to deal with me in person!

Dr. Ranjit was there to prescribe the care they gave me. They took excellent care of me, ordering numerous tests on my heart, lungs, esophagus and head, and gave shots of Heparin during the night to ward off blood clots. In my opinion, she is an outstanding doctor and I felt like it was the first time I had been given the full range of preventive and diagnostic medical care at that facility. The nursing staff and care was outstanding also!

This facility smells clean upon entry and there is a nice, spacious waiting area. They accept Medicaid and the receptionist was very pleasant. The other Urgent Care Centers that come up for this side of town are shady, don't accept all types of Medicaid, and aren't as clean as they should be to trusted to treat you instead of make you sick; I've used them in the past, never again! The only reason why I gave them a 4 is because the place opened at 10:00am and there was only one person signed in (10:08am) before me (10:21), and the receptionist informed me while filling out my paperwork that the doctor was actually running 15 minutes behind and was on the way. It's now 12:12 and the receptionist said the doctor texted her and said he's five minutes away. Wow.

I was a new patient,so they kept going to see their follow-up patients first. This is one of my pet peeves, no matter if you're new or existing patient, I think a office should go by order of appointment. Any way, I wasted 5 hours of my day and left with no solution to the problem that I went to see her for. I saw her one time and will never see her again. I'm guessing her good reviews must be from her staff, her family members or the Dr herself....I not sure how anyone can like this Dr, no bedside manner at all. P.S....I'm on of the easiest patient to please, but a 5 hour visit is ridiculous.
