Dr. Gerren Ector and Mrs. Bobby are the only people in this office who seem to care about the patients. Everyone else is impolite, slothful, unprofessional, and apathetic. I have dealt with long wait times, leaving voicemails and never getting calls back, having appointments canceled/changed without being notified, and getting the run-around for having prescriptions filled/ getting medicine. Not only does the staff lack knowledge of medical billing and prescription filling, they have no respect for anyone's time. I also feel that because this office serves patients with Medicaid that medical discrimination is taking place. Fortunately for my family we have private insurance so we can afford to find a different pediatrician, but I feel for those who can't. I also feel sorry for Dr. Ector who has to work with such rude, lazy, impassive, and discriminatory office staff (specifically DAYA).
