Robert and team worked all day to make sure we would have power. While people are scrambling to find gas, generators, etc. we can rest easy. We have used Eii to fix and repair AC units, lights and anything electrical in past. Robert is professional, trustworthy, responsive, competent and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of professional work. While I believe they mostly handle commercial jobs they do excellent work on residential as well. I'm hesitant to post this because we need him for additional projects and I'm selfish, but if you need a good honest contractor in Puerto Rico, contact him. You won't regret it!

They came to my home and handled all our plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical issues very quickly. Before they came to my home Robert the owner came and met with me personally first to go over the issues we were experiencing. Since I'm originally from New York and Spanish is not my first language it was great relief that Robert was bilingual. I highly recommend Robert and his company.

We had to dismantle and rebuild the large wooden gallery installed on the roof of the building on the 16th floor, leveling, cleaning and sealing the entire concrete slab in addition to ensuring its watertightness. Following a serious and detailed submission without being excessive, we chose the company "Batiworks" of Mr. Laurent Cahen, President, to carry out the work. From the start of the project, we felt great confidence in him and his team. For example, at the end of each day, the site was cleaned up for the next day. Laurent is a punctual, intentional and professional person. He is always present and works meticulously with his collaborators. The entire rehabilitation project was completed in record time and even better than before the hurricane. It is without hesitation that we recommend "Batiworks" by Mr. Laurent Cahen and his young company worthy of trust and professionalism in all respects.

After an initial consultation in person with Christian, I received an estimate that was held to. A big factor for me was two-fold, I needed a contractor who was easy to communicate with in English and someone who could take direction remotely as I managed this project in Puerto Rico from New Jersey. They were contracted to install flooring tile in four bedrooms. Not only did they leave everything very clean but they also assisted me in disposing of a fair amount of materials (old carpeting, old furniture, misc). Christian was always available by phone or text. I was also pleased that his costs were for labor only, as I would pay Home Depot directly over the web and he would fetch the material. This project went exceedingly smoothly and I would happily recommend them.
