We have owned an ocean apartment for 9 years and we were looking for a contractor to repair the…read moredamage to our roof caused by Hurricane Maria without having to spend a fortune to do so. We had to dismantle and rebuild the large wooden gallery installed on the roof of the building on the 16th floor, leveling, cleaning and sealing the entire concrete slab in addition to ensuring its watertightness. Following a serious and detailed submission without being excessive, we chose the company "Batiworks" of Mr. Laurent Cahen, President, to carry out the work. From the start of the project, we felt great confidence in him and his team. For example, at the end of each day, the site was cleaned up for the next day. Laurent is a punctual, intentional and professional person. He is always present and works meticulously with his collaborators. The entire rehabilitation project was completed in record time and even better than before the hurricane. It is without hesitation that we recommend "Batiworks" by Mr. Laurent Cahen and his young company worthy of trust and professionalism in all respects.
