My trouble with such concealed disclosures is that DAX gave no assurance his organization was qualified or licensed or insured. If you want to charge folks for the benefit of your insight, CO, at least post your intention here. Also, I pointed out to him that so many scammers in this market make the idea of paying someone presumably unqualified to bid is absurd. So this is likely no different than the other scams. Believe me, the qualified bidders are going to be so successful in this market that they simply won't answer you if you reach out. But in case of CO, he did not reveal any qualifications and then pressed for compensation as if that hurdle was already passed. No thanks. Not good. Epic story telling, personal opinion.
[Reply to CO : thanks for bringing the policy to the foreground, maybe next time DAX forgets to disclose that in process, you may override it for consumer, meaning crack back with, "Well maybe next month when we're in Anasco , I could do a drive by, but if you need this ASAP, gonna cost you."
