My top picks are the Nutty Cashew smoothie and Green Goddess bowl, but I end up enjoying whatever I get, even when I order outside my usual go-to flavours. Their stuff is not cheap but it's absolutely worth it. Their prepared wraps are also very good, as are the baked goods they carry by Rebel and To Live For. They have an extensive selection of protein powders and other supplements - I'm not into supplements besides protein powder so I wouldn't really know, but I find it hard to imagine needing something in that department that they don't carry. Even though I'm not the gym bro that the brand is probably aimed at, and you can definitely tell by looking at me, I never really feel out of place coming here for my smoothies and meals and occasional protein impulse buys. The staff is always friendly. Just keep in mind it can get busy and you may have to wait a while because the process is just not the fastest, especially for bowls, and even one of the premade wraps will take a few minutes if you opt to get it heated (which you should). But I highly recommend checking them out for a smoothie or (relatively) quick and healthy meal!

The crunchy coffee was my favourite. It is not that sweet, but it does have a good taste which is almost the same as the Blenz protein smoothie. The super acai is not sweet at all. The berries give its taste; it's not a favourite, but satisfying and fulfilling, especially when you know you are taking in healthy drinks. Aside from their smoothie bar they sells a variety of supplements, vitamins, and other healthy products, so, we took the opportunity to buy some organic honey, tea, Apple cider, Vinegar, and protein coffee.

Their smoothie bar offers a huge variety of drinks that are nutritious, balanced, and delicious with no added sugars or artificial flavours - just pure natural ingredients Power Maca (9.99) Black Sesame (8.99) Crunchy Coffee (5.99) I ordered the Power Maca which has maca, almond butter, cacao, banana, whey protein, oat milk, and medjool dates. The result was a creamy, nutty drink that was smooth and yummy! I love how it wasn't too thick and easy to drink I also really enjoyed the Crunchy Coffee which reminded me of an iced cap from Timmies. The Black Sesame drink on the other hand was a bit on the thicker side but it was absolutely packed with flavour! Note: you can choose between whey, vegan, or no protein for your drinks!

I was lucky enough to win a meal prize pack from Body Energy and loved being feed a week worth of lunches. The chicken penne pasta was absolutely delicious and I think I might actually prefer it over regular beef bolognese - it's THAT GOOD! All the wraps and sandwiches were also really nice but the standout is the Thai curry chicken - love the crunchy and peanut sauce! At the Lonsdale shop, one orders and receives a delightful smoothie of one's choosing, then walks up to the till at the front of the store to pay. Another wee difference is that this store has no seating. To compare the two shops a bit further, I found the North Van location to be a bit more laidback than the Victoria's on Hornby. I'd imagine that the Hornby shop also sees a ton more foot traffic and that, too, could make for a less relaxed atmosphere. I came for the smoothies, but for the vitamin/supplement head, this store would seem to have all you need. (If not, then there's a competing health food store just down the road & across the street.)
