From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

The best way to describe Peter and Red Cedar is high touch, white glove - concierge service. Peter knew the market and had a powerful team of equally adept realty professionals. Nothing happened without Peter's knowledge and he always focused on what was best for us: Initially meeting through closing. Here's where the professionalism goes to another level - Peter builds relationships with his clients, throws mixers, and checked up on us a couple of times per year. And, he DIDN'T ASK US FOR THE NEXT DEAL each time he subtly checked in on us over 5 years! He and his team cares about you - long term not just to get a sale. After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. We completed representation paperwork, his AMAZING 360 degree Ariel and interior video/photography genius turned up and transformed our house into a buyer's beacon that sold our home within 24-48 hours of posting - FULL PRICE OFFER!!!! This is Red Cedar - all day long. After getting an offer, Peter and his team coordinate every document, appointment, and follow-up like a well oiled machine. The signing appointment was completely painless without any hiccups in the paperwork or payout - again, Peter and Red Cedar are professionals and the service providers (Ex. Title Company) were exceptional too. Thanks Peter and Red Cedar for your exemplary support, education, and caring over 5 years!

Knowledgeable. Professional. Efficient. Dedicated. Hardworking. All of these words describe Matene…read more She is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were first-time homebuyers and to be honest I was completely clueless. However, Matene explained each and every step and made sure that we had a clear understanding of the process. From our first phone call, I knew that she was the right real estate broker for us. She was there for us throughout the entire process. Even though we knew she had many more clients, she made it seem as though we were the only ones. She made herself very available to us and was very prompt in returning phone calls, text messages, or emails. When we started the process I was placed on bed rest. However, we wanted to continue to search for our first home, so Matene and my husband went to see houses together and she made video recordings of the homes so that I could see them. (I did go see the house we really liked prior to putting in an offer). How thoughtful was that! Even more, when I was admitted to the hospital, she made it a point to check on me daily. She was genuinely concerned about my health and that meant so much to me. There were no questions that Matene was unable to answer regarding the home buying process. She was very patient with my husband and I during this entire process. She checked in with us regularly when we went under contract to ensure that things were progressing smoothly and we were staying on track for closing. She even did a video chat with me so that I could be present for the settlement. Again that speaks to how thoughtful and considerate she is. On the day of our closing, after the settlement, she paid me a surprise visit in the hospital to congratulate me on our first home!! My husband and I could not have purchased the home we did, for the price that we did, without Matene. We started this journey with her as our real estate professional, however, I feel as though we ended it as friends. I HIGHLY recommend Matene to anyone looking to purchase a home. Please do not hesitate to contact her, you will never regret it!!

My agreement with my previous agent was near expiration and wanting a change, I decided upon Matene after performing some research on sites such as this one and immediately terminated my agreement with my previous agent. I was contented to find that Matene was extremely pleasant, professional, and constructive. During the first week of viewing homes, I found the home I wanted and submitted an offer which was later accepted. I was astonished at how the first offer I submitted with Matene was accepted, especially since my last three offers were rejected with the previous agent. Being a first-time home buyer, the experience was challenging and stress inducing, but Matene was able to make it serene with her competence. Matene's transparency, guidance, expertise, and proficiency was immensely helpful during the home buying process. Not only did Matene counsel me and ensure that my interests were preserved during the entire process, she brokered the best deal of a lifetime. After closing, Matene presented me with a wonderful gift (which I won't share because I don't want to spoil it for the rest of you lol) that adds a perfect touch to my new home. I really appreciate Matene's help and assistance during this process. I thank her for everything she did and it was an extreme pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her services for anyone who is looking to buy. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!

Thank you, Franky and Team!…read more If you are looking for a house in the DMV area, Franky is the perfect agent! HE IS THE PERSON WHO HELP US TO FIND THE HOUSE JUST WITHIN THE 2nd OFFER in NICE AREA! My husband and I met Franky at one of the open houses in Washington DC. At that time, we didn't have any idea about the home-purchasing process. Even Though we searched online, we still got lost since we didn't know what the first step was and what our priority was. Franky helped us to understand the overall process, and encouraged us to think about our future life to set the goal of home-purchasing. Even Though we were not his clients at the moment, he gave us a 1-hour presentation of the whole process with the pamphlet. When we decided to go with Franky, he tried his best for us to find our FIRST HOME with some of our considerations. Since both of us work full-time, he made house-tour appointments or meetings (regarding making offers) after work hours. After our offer was accepted, Franky and his team gave sufficient advice regarding everything, such as locking the mortgage, depositing, final walk through, and the settlement! It took only 6 weeks to move into the new home since we started to look at the house to buy. As you can see my name, I am a foreigner and the whole process seemed overwhelming for me. However, Franky helped my husband and I to relieve the stress by communicating with the selling agent and title company. (Oh, I heard that he speaks English as well as Spanish). If my friend who came from foreign country asks me to recommend any agent, I will recommend FRANKY and his team! I am writing this review in my new, cozy room, where I dreamed about since I immigrated here. I can convince that if you work with Franky, you will never regret.

I was incredibly impressed by Jessica's detailed, thoughtful approach to how to think about marketing my home, how to prep it for the sale, and what to price it at. To be honest, I wasn't completely sure we'd be able to get the asking price she wanted to start at - it was high! But I trusted her because she was right about everything else up to that point. Regarding Gibson Santa Monica under The Bozzuto Group managemen…read more If you rely on package deliveries, think twice before moving here. The package situation has been a constant frustration during the year we've lived here. Packages regularly go missing, and when they do, management provides little to no follow-up after you report the issue. The package room is consistently overcrowded, disorganized, and difficult to navigate. Access codes are often not sent, making it impossible to retrieve deliveries without contacting management. To make matters worse, residents share the package room with several businesses, and carriers like FedEx often cannot access the building after business hours. If your package is oversized or heavy, you're expected to carry it yourself from another building because deliveries to the residential entrance aren't accommodated. The call box still hasn't been properly set up after nearly a year, creating unnecessary inconvenience for both residents and delivery drivers. The building itself has potential, but the package management system is poorly organized and has remained unresolved despite ongoing complaints. If you receive deliveries regularly, this issue alone may be enough to reconsider living here. Save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere.

I've contacted management at the local facility AND their supervisors at Bozzuto headquarters, and their response is always, "We'll check into it and get back to you"! I have NEVER heard back about how they will fix the problem, and they stopped responding to my complaints about the ongoing water leakage and the subsequent ongoing damage. I will now be forced to hire a lawyer to resolve a very destructive but otherwise minor situation that has been ongoing for at least three years. I would discourage anyone from ever considering getting sucked into doing business with this company!
