I was a bit nervous going to a satellite tv service because several years ago we were with DirecTv and thought we would never change until our 5th year with them when the renter neighbor next door installed a DirecTv dish that completely blocked our signal and the technician there refused to move the dish they just installed, they wanted to move ours. That day, they lost of customer for good. We went back to cable which we hated but not going back to a company that turn their backs on us after 5 years (the renter was evicted), and new homeowner went with cable so DirecTv lost 2 customers within 5 months of time. I kept getting offers from DirecTv over the years but they gave us a bad taste of their customer service we wouldn't want to risk them again. I called and spoke to Scott at Sky Systems and even though it was almost closing time for him he spent over the time getting my husband and I signed up and set up for an install 2 days later. His installer Brad was very good and helpful to my husband and answered and helped with any questions and concerned he had and with the new remote. So glad we were recommended to Sky Systems. The person who answered the phone was so incredibly rude I can't imagine how these people stay in business. I was told very rudely "we don't do phone consultations" I was told that I had to make an appointment to go in and speak with someone. Seeing as that I live 5 hours away by car I asked if a phone call would not be available. I asked if it was because of legal reasons as to why I cannot do a phone consultation and again she just laughed at me sarcastically and said "we don't' do that, our attorney's are very busy so you would need to come in." so apparently they are too busy to talk on the phone but not to busy for me to be standing there?? What logic is this? For someone filing bankruptcy this is a sensitive, embarrassing, and emotionally devastating situation, the woman was so incredibly rude I could not believe it. She then snarkely asked if she could answer any questions and I said well I have never filed bankruptcy so I need to know what it will take, how much it will, cost and what I need to do, and she listed off things I need to bring so fast that I got one item written down. When she said that I needed to bring income and I told her that I haven't been working she laughed at me and said well how am I paying bills and where do I live, I told her that we just moved in with my in-laws and she laughed at me. Bankruptcy is hitting an ultimate low my husband and I lost a business and all of our possessions we are seeking an attorney for help during the most difficult time and that was how we are greeted. I started to tell her that her attitude was very rude for such a sensitive thing and she said "well im hanging up now" and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and she said no, she is the only one in the office and that the attorneys don't have voicemail. I would NOT RECOMMEND this firm AT AL!!! IF this is who they feel confident in running their business and answering and greeting their customers then I would stay as far away from this firm as possible, because this is the level of service I can expect for my money. Needless to say I will be contacting a different firm and working with someone who can hire people who understand how to talk to people. It was very apparent this women hated her job and could care less if the attorneys received business. Such a pitty. I have to give this 1 star i would give no stars if I could.

Jeff took the time to answer all of my questions and installed my new Dish Network service the next day. He took as long as was needed to ensure I knew how to program the DVR and watch all of my favorite channels. Jeff really cares about his customers and has been there any time I've gotten stuck on an issue. I absolutely recommend Jeff and the Mini Dish Network for all of your high tech needs. 5+++ stars!

This leak is causing quite a lot of damage and he is unresponsive. I have removed some of the damaged drywall but there is quite a bit more to be remdeiated. My insurance company won't cover the damage. My contract with him included a 10-year warranty for workmanship and forty years for the metal roof materials. And yet, six years after the installation, he refuses to honor his warranty and come fix the problem. This company, and the owner, are not honest and honorable. They wiil take your money for the job, and never honor the warranty. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOP WEATHER ROOFING!

Vincent, from Christianson's Furnace Repair, inspected the equipment and counseled me on the cost of the repair and also gave me a ballpark estimate for a complete furnace replacement. After consulting with family members, we decided on the repair option. An appointment was made at our request for a couple of days later and Vincent made the repair. Vincent was pleasant and patient to work with. The work was completed correctly for the quoted price. Also, this work was a bit out of the immediate service area. The service was appreciated.

We were charged $2300 to replace 3 out of 5 panels of our garage door. The front end of our classic…read morecar was also scratched in the process. We could have purchased a new door with install from a bid chain company for cheaper. And now we will have to have our 1970 classic hot rod completely repainted because of the deep scratches that were caused when the install was done. Even our insurance company said they had never seen a bill for that much to replace panels. Luckily they paid it and said they would investigate for price gouging, although I doubt they will.
