I was a bit nervous going to a satellite tv service because several years ago we were with DirecTv and thought we would never change until our 5th year with them when the renter neighbor next door installed a DirecTv dish that completely blocked our signal and the technician there refused to move the dish they just installed, they wanted to move ours. That day, they lost of customer for good. We went back to cable which we hated but not going back to a company that turn their backs on us after 5 years (the renter was evicted), and new homeowner went with cable so DirecTv lost 2 customers within 5 months of time. I kept getting offers from DirecTv over the years but they gave us a bad taste of their customer service we wouldn't want to risk them again. I called and spoke to Scott at Sky Systems and even though it was almost closing time for him he spent over the time getting my husband and I signed up and set up for an install 2 days later. His installer Brad was very good and helpful to my husband and answered and helped with any questions and concerned he had and with the new remote. So glad we were recommended to Sky Systems.
