Around 2:00 p.m., I called and left a voicemail to remind them of my availability, but no one responded. At 3:51 p.m., the driver finally arrived with my order. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I discovered several juices were missing. I immediately contacted the driver, who explained he was only responsible for delivery and that I would need to contact the company. Since then, I have left multiple voicemails, submitted a contact request through their website, and even reached out on Instagram. They replied on Instagram saying they would contact dispatch and get back to me--but they never did. Accidents happen, but poor communication and the complete lack of follow-up are unacceptable.
