We went with his suggestion of a southwest theme for the first night and he prepared chicken enchiladas with authentic guajillo red sauce, blue masa chili rellenos-stuffed with shrimp topped with a mushroom verde cream sauce, refried beans, chips & homemade salsa and finished with a homemade flan for dessert. It was outstanding!!! On the second night, Jason prepared an Asian themed meal and again hit a home run as it was also outstanding!! On top of two great meals he did it at a fantastic price. Jason's attention to details and outstanding performance created a memorable dining experience for us during our stay. We will be back to Sedona and will be contacting Quack Pot Dining again!!
