    Corelife for me has been a way to hold myself accountable during my weight loss journey. When you…read morestart they record all of your information (age, weight, fitness level, medical history, etc), and use the data to come up a plan that will offer you the best results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every 2 weeks you visit with the nutritionist and dietician to review your progress, and get advice on things to help going forward. They also have a gym and personal trainer on site to help keep you moving. There are different packages you can go over for the gym and personal trainer, and I don't remember all of the details, but it's super affordable and the gym is 24/7. Since starting with Corelife about 6 months ago I have lost a shade under 50 lbs, and I have have been far from perfect during my time coming here.

I was looking for something close to me and discovered Core Life. Well, let me tell you as soon as I walked in there was Rachel, only the best person ever, she would give me encouragement every week. That was in June of 2015 and in July I met the most wonderful trainer, Cory, he was very understanding (because I have artificial knees and shoulders) but that didn't stop him and I am so blessed he didn't. On my birthday in January of 2016 I reached my goal. Cory made me stronger, you should see my arms, but he would never let me give up, which I didn't. It's been a year now and I have maintained my weight and still with Cory. If you think you are to old or have problems like I do, please don't let that stop you, it is well worth it, do it for yourself because you are the only one that can do it and you are worth it. In the past 4 years, I had gained 40+ lbs due to some special medicine I was taking (and probably some overeating of hamburgers too haha). I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. Juice cleanses, special diets, pills, multiple private trainers, you name it and I had done it. Unfortunately, nothing stuck. Knowing my wedding was just around the corner, I had to do something to get the weight off for good. I wanted to feel confident on my wedding day! Lindsay gives you the tools, skills, and mindset to make a long lasting change in your lifestyle. I was always looking for that quick/easy way to lose weight and while I have been successful in the past, it always comes back. With Lindsay's program, I feel confident that this is something I can keep up with long term and I have already seen amazing results. Not only do I notice a physical change, but mentally I feel so much better as well. I am sleeping better and have more energy. As other reviewers have said, this is not a strict or fad diet but a different way of life. I eat out a lot and starting this program I was worried I wasn't going to be able to do that. However, Lindsay taught me some tips and tricks so that I can still eat out, drink and socialize but still eat healthy and it can still taste good. I met with Lee for my consult and when I walked out of the door I never felt pressure to do anything. As a matter of fact, she said "if you decide to start the program... and if I see you again". If you research the cost of HCG you'll find the cost is not very different from the cost of their program. After I stumbled onto their doorstep I had my consult and made sure to do my research. It was quite different from anything I could have seen myself doing but nothing I'd done over the years had worked thus far. I'm a 44 year old woman. I'm 5'9 and I weighed 220lbs. I have hypertension. I sleep with a cpap. I take anti-depressants and was diagnosed with a psuedo-tumor. Almost all of my medical issues involved my weight. I was uncomfortable in my skin, weighed the most I'd ever weighed, all of my doctors wanted me to lose 20 to 30lbs. I've known people join programs only to see them gain it back and I didn't want that. I needed to be able to enjoy food and learn how to keep it off. Was I nervous and afraid? Hell yeah but I needed to do something. I loved my weekly meetings with Lee. I started losing weight instantly and she will probably know who I am when I say that I lost so fast that it scared me. My goal was to lose 30lbs; I lost 28lbs. I didn't lose muscle. I don't look sick. I've been out of the program a little over a month now and I'm still maintaining. Some days the weights goes up and the next day it goes down. When I goes up more than I'm comfortable with I have to tools to knock it back down so I can get back on track. Lee, has never tried to sell me anything. I've inquired about different things and there were things she asked me to consider. Among all of her accolades she's a nutritionist and I trust her. Everything she suggested worked. Don't take my word for it; Google her. My future goal is to lose 10 - 15 more lbs and I fully expect to join the program.
