The asparagus and potatoes were fresh and seasoned perfectly! To end the night we were served a brownie that was sooooo soft! We were treated to a five-course fixed price menu, and we both opted for the wine pairing. All wines were solid, with a couple that were truly good. Here, the real star was the food. The dishes were inventive and whimsical, a both my wife and I finished every dish. We didn't opt in for a six course, but it certainly wasn't because they hadn't earned our trust. We were just full! I personally love open kitchens, and it's a lot of fun to be able to interact with the chefs between courses. They are true rock stars.
