One of the main reasons we booked them was because they were the only catering company we could find that encorporated composting. This was a must need for our zero waste wedding but little did we know how great everything else would be. When planning, Kristin offered custom dishes which we immediately jumped on. She and her team replicated our favorite dish from the trip on which we got engaged and it came our delicious! This was such a special option that really set them apart from other caterers. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about how good the food was - some even said they were going to try and replicate it themselves because they enjoyed it that much. Also the bar service was impeccable! Ryan was so wonderful to work with. He helped us create the bar menu to fit all our parents request that still worked in our budget. It starts with Kim and the phenomenal customer service she provided in setup. I was throwing a luau for my daughter's rehearsal dinner and was getting wound up that it wouldn't be perfect for her. Kim totally put my mind at ease. She answered every question and dealt with my nervous extra phone calls without growing irritated. The roast pig arrived exactly on time, even before the rehearsal party arrived. They were so professional and friendly. While all our guests were arriving, they were there in the background finishing the roast and actually chatting with our friends and family. I was so grateful. And the food! It was so so delicious and there was so much of it. I paid to feed 65 and honestly think I'll be eating pulled pork and the fixins' until 2024. Ive tried the oils and vinegars pre-Covid. Lots of fun things to try and it gives you ideas of things to use with different foods. (Mayer Lemon EVOO!) Oils as a garnish or to sauté with, make salad dressings, dip your bread..the list goes on. Thing is with Covid I have no idea if you can try anything? I would say ask.. I buy blind and I just go by a description so... What's nice is they ship and they have a few other locations. If you want to give a gift to someone who loves to cook but not sure what to get them. Come here you can get a bunch of different things or get a prepared box of boxed up oils and etc. Staff is friendly and helpful considering Covid it's not a big place and they will regulate the flow of customers if it gets a bit too much. What's good about this place is where it is, after you go in here depending the time frame you can pop in to Baker Street Bakery for some bread and treats. Check out Salty a lovely boutique store or go to Cafe Sasso, Glen Edith, The Chai Guy or Pittsford Dairy for some drinks and treats. Parking is street or behind the building on Somerton.
