There also wasn't a whole lot of mushroom, but the brie cheese was oozing so that was good. - Crepe with Shrimp: The crepe itself was super crispy and a bit tough to cut, which was disappointing. The shrimp filling was tasty. - Chocllste Crepe: Soooo much chocolate, which I loved. Unfortunately, they added a cheese sauce into the crepe which didn't really go with the chocolate and made it taste weird. - Choco Maya: Thick and tasty hot chocolate. Yum! Good location, friendly service albeit a bit slow. Not as deal breaker though. The main disappointment was really with the crepes - was hoping for more and didn't quite get it.

English: As someone who has enjoyed a lot of Korean food in the US, and although not the best I've had, it is authentic. I was pleasantly surprised to find food like this in Rimouski, and was honestly expecting much less than what it ended up being. The place is cute, and I would recommend parking on the side if you're there on a weekday after 6pm as there is 90 minute free parking. The servers aren't Korean, but I do think the owner or chef is. The prices are steep, but it makes sense considering how difficult it is to get these ingredients out here in Rimouski. The portions, however, are significantly smaller than any other Korean place I've been (except for the bibimbap). I wanted to give this place 3 stars because I didn't love the food as much as I usually do Korean but I have to keep in mind the context of Rimouski and I think it deserves props for what it does here. Here's what I tried: -Takoyaki: 7.5/10 - Crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, topped with a savory sauce and mayo. The octopus pieces on the inside are a bit rubbery (as all octopus is), which is just not my personal preference, but they were good! -Bibimbap (with bulgogi and gochujang): 8/10 - The egg on top was perfectly runny, and there were so many vegetables on top (more than even some other Korean places I've been in the US!). They don't have as much freshness and flavor as I would prefer, though. The meat portion is very small, so just keep that in mind. The bibimbap comes out in a hot bowl so the rice on the bottom gets nice and crispy, and the gochujang sauce adds some good flavor on the side. -Dak-Kal-Bi: 6.5/10 - I wanted to get excited about this, but I was disappointed a bit by the flavor profile. I needed more flavor, but it was still foods. The chicken had a bit of a spice to it that I enjoyed, and the rice was perfectly steamed. It came with 3 banchan (Korean side dishes), which I did thoroughly enjoy.

Portion sizes are on the small side. The restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday night during COVID. Reservations recommended. I had the sundubu-jigae (soft tofu stew) with vegetables, enoki mushrooms, shallot, and doenjang (thick fermented soybean paste), which came in a dolsot bowl with a bowl of rice and 3 banchan (small side dishes): seaweed salad, garlic chives, and black beans.

Our table ordered seared scallops on risotto, confit duck on pappardelle, and braised lamb shank on pappardelle. Starters were mixed seafood soup and beet salads. The scallops and lamb were the delights of the table, perfectly prepared and beautifully plated. Salty duck swam in a brown sauce that was also salty; this pasta dish underwhelmed. Desserts were fabulous. My gluten free husband and I shared scoops of two house made sorbets: white peach raspberry and maple blueberry. They were fresh tasting with perfect mouthfeel, absolutely delicious. Wines are reasonable and also delish. After a long Fay of travel, this meal was a tonic!

The risotto and scallops were good too, but the risotto was pretty standard in comparison to the other dishes. And they have a great Chenin Blanc for only $24/bottle!

English: Food is like any of your other St-Huberts. I LOVE their St-Hub bowl with Tikka Masala sauce (lots of rice, some good veggies, tender pulled chicken, beans, cheese, and a crap ton of delicious sour cream and Indian-style sauce). It's not too spicy and it's super flavorful. I will say it had a bit more rice than I felt was necessary, but more is always better than too little. I also like their grilled chicken wrap (it's a very simple classic), and their new lobster roll is amazing, as it is chock full of lobster with extremely buttery bread. I will say, however, that the service at this St. Hubert was not exceptional. It took our waitress about 15 minutes to get to us once we sat down, and then even though I asked for the Tikka Masala Sauce for my bowl on the side, she brought it with it on top and even acknowledged that it was made wrong without offering to fix it. The new limited edition dessert was the strawberry shortcake and it was just okay. I will say, it was very light and not too sweet! The cake was soft, the whipped cream was airy, and the strawberry coulis was not artificial tasting like some can be! I wasn't the biggest fan of the strawberry gelée as it didn't feel very fresh, but overall not a horrible dessert.

My family all said they loved going here to eat and recommended we meet up and have dinner. We went on a week night, and were a group of 8 adults. The food was so mediocre and it was such a disappointment. We had a variety of foods/orders... BBQ poutine, chicken salad, lobster sandwich, fries, chicken dinner and a variety of beverages. I don't think anyone had anything really great to say about their meals, but the beer was cold. The cost of my own meal (Bankok chicken type salad) and 1 domestic beer was outlandish! $30 plus tax+tax? Ummm... ridiculous. I didn't see much chicken and the greens were really basic. If I lived in the area, this restaurant would be on my "last choices" list. Our server was super nice, fast and professional. The eating area was very clean, very well decorated, great vibes/atmosphere. Bathroom was very clean. Tons of parking on adjoining lot. Wheelchair accessibility is great.
