I ordered the enchiladas and they were good, but nothing special. I felt they were a little plain, I finished them in about 5 minutes as it's just tortillas with chicken. The pastries themselves were expensive, but were filling. Overall, everything wasn't sweet enough and the flavors were very average. The guava roll had a tangy cream and there wasn't enough filling to pastry. The cacao roll also was tangy and had a waxy texture due to the nibs. I wished both were a little sweeter. The dulce de leche bun was also dry and very messy to eat. It did taste the best out of the three pastries though. My favorite from the trip was the beetroot juice, it was so refreshing.

The sandwiches came with a standard simple salad. Every single item was delicious, well-balanced, and satisfying in that "clean but filling" way. The tables had two delicious spicy chili oil like condiments which elevated each of these dishes. And the juices--WOW. So refreshing, vibrant, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
