I didn't purchase my money order from cassopolis but I've been having issues with them since my…read more$445 money order was cashed, but the company I sent it to didn't receive it. I've had nothing but issues with this company on getting a photocopy of the cashed money order. It went from, we messed up we will email it to you, to you need to mail us the receipt of the money order with $15. Fuck you! You let someone cash it, and I'm not paying another $15 for you to not send the email of the photocopy you've been telling me for over a week I'd get. I'm so livid right now! Because of this my vehicle was repoed. They are saying it will take 30 days or longer to receive the photocopy now. I will NEVER use them to send money again. I don't have 30days! I'm a single mom on a fixed, very low income. Because of this my truck payments have gone up and it could be sold by the 10th of this month. I'm beyond pissed. I'm on the verge of calling a lawyer! Fuck this company! I was hung up on as well when I was asked to be transferred to a supervisor.

So I get off work after my bank has closed and I need to cash a money order. The previous day I…read moreattempted to cash the money order and they said it wasn't in the Western Union system yet so I couldn't cash it. (I'll be giving THEM a review also) The crazy part to me is them needing to have me complete a full application with ALL my personal information to CASH A MONEY ORDER. The location on Michigan said I didn't need to complete certain fields, yet when I arrive on Portage she demands I give her my employer info or she won't cash my check. On top of that they need a picture of my face... TO CASH A MONEY ORDER. One, I told her I don't want them calling me, I don't want to get a single mailer, bc I can't imagine WHY THEY NEED ALL MY PERSONAL INFO, including my income to cash a SMALL CHECK. Wasn't even over $150. If you call and verify it's not yet been cashed, wtf? You know what she tells me? Bc if you've deposited it on your mobile app then cashed it here we need to know how to reach you. I'm absolutely tired of ridiculous measures bc of raggedy people. I don't like giving out my info. Period. Plus your employee was just a little too prepped to be responsive, and in a service job you just gotta learn to suck it up buttercup. I've worked in service forever and we all have bad days. This was mine and she annoyed me.
