I didn't purchase my money order from cassopolis but I've been having issues with them since my $445 money order was cashed, but the company I sent it to didn't receive it. I've had nothing but issues with this company on getting a photocopy of the cashed money order. It went from, we messed up we will email it to you, to you need to mail us the receipt of the money order with $15. Fuck you! You let someone cash it, and I'm not paying another $15 for you to not send the email of the photocopy you've been telling me for over a week I'd get. I'm so livid right now! Because of this my vehicle was repoed. They are saying it will take 30 days or longer to receive the photocopy now. I will NEVER use them to send money again. I don't have 30days! I'm a single mom on a fixed, very low income. Because of this my truck payments have gone up and it could be sold by the 10th of this month. I'm beyond pissed. I'm on the verge of calling a lawyer! Fuck this company! I was hung up on as well when I was asked to be transferred to a supervisor. read more
