The online loan did not go smooth due to delays on their end, they also cut the amount I requested in half. I called them on the 3rd business day and they suggested we cancel that transaction and I go to their closest store, which was the east main location. When I walked in the blond lady greeted me immediately and asked how she could help me. I was the only customer at that time. She quickly checked the proofs I brought, fired up about 20 pages for me to sign, approved 25% more $ than the website, and had me walking out the door in less than 20 mins cash in hand. While I was signing there were several customers who came in, she knew every single one of them by name. If I owned a business and needed someone to make my customers know they made the right decision by coming to me this girl would be working beside me and getting paid what she is worth. She is certainly the best "retail" employee I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. She didn't waste a second of mine, yet didn't rush me which as a new customer I appreciated, these type loans are very expensive and I did compare rates between a few companies.
