Called the company and told them what I had done and was inform they do not take wire transfer. All of this was done in less than 15 minutes. Went back in and told them the company does not take wire transfer's. They gave me a number to call to get my money back. I was told it would be 20 days. Few days later I called them again to request my money explained what happened, was put on hold in less than 2 minutes was told no that company does not take wire transfer's, and this time was told I will get my money back in 10 business days. I asked why you took my money in less than 15 minutes and you knew that company do not take wire transfer's told me that in 2 minutes. What keeps money gram from doing this to unsuspected people I wonder how many people they have gotten like this. It only took the person less than 2 minutes to tell me that company does not take wire transfer's why don't there computer system's in the stores do the same thing. Western Union computer's do. I was told they have a refund procedure they go through, so I said which one is it 20 or 10 days. Why are they holding money so long is it to draw interest off people's money or what? So beware of MoneyGram.
