Went back in and told them the company does not take wire transfer's. They gave me a number to call to get my money back. I was told it would be 20 days. Few days later I called them again to request my money explained what happened, was put on hold in less than 2 minutes was told no that company does not take wire transfer's, and this time was told I will get my money back in 10 business days. I asked why you took my money in less than 15 minutes and you knew that company do not take wire transfer's told me that in 2 minutes. What keeps money gram from doing this to unsuspected people I wonder how many people they have gotten like this. There is poor communication, challenging loan experiences, and, in my opinion, unsatisfactory customer service. Do not get a car loan from here!! They have great rates, but making payments is horrible if you don't have an account with them. The app doesn't allow you to pay with an external account. They refuse to take payments by phone so you have to go to Day Air to make your car payments. They no longer have bank tellers so you must make your payment at their ATM. After withdrawing the cash for your payment, you also use the ATM to schedule a remote conference call with a teller who takes your payment. There is no privacy as the ATM is in the middle of the bank. Everyone knows your business. The worst part is that your payment goes into Day Air's savings account and it takes days; sometimes weeks to hit your loan account. It is up to their loan specialist to decide if they want to accept your payment and when they want to accept your payment. These " specialist " never return phone calls. They would rather send your account to collections and repo your car rather than work with you. Although, they are excellent at making threats. These people are absolutely heartless. People have lost their cars and their homes because of their shady loan tactics. Whatever you do, do not apply for any type of loan from these people; especially if you need a cosigner. They prey upon people like this; like us! My mom consigned for me. I regret ever financing my auto loan with Day Air. You are granted a 10 day grace period on your car payment each month. Im not sure why; because in Day Air's loan specialists eyes its nonexistent. If the signee is more than 1 day late, they freeze the cosigner's bank account and their auto loan account. How they are allowed to get away with these business tactics is beyond me.
