Speedy will skim off the top of your new loan in order to pay off the old loan. SMH. Then the NEW loan's due date will be sooner than the old loan's due date. So, you will have to make 2 payments in the same month. Literally, I made a payment on the 11th and will now have to make one again on the 25th. This burns me up. I just wasted an hour of my life at Speedy Cash. I cannot believe this situation even occurred. I had an outstanding balance of about $1K from a previous income-based loan from Speedy. And, as life would have it, I needed another one. While on site, I mentioned that I had no money in the bank and really needed all the funds I could get. After the application process was completed, I was informed that I qualified--again--for $1K; but since I owed them $1K, Speedy Cash used this 2nd loan to pay off the 1st loan. I literally walked out with only documents in hand---NO CASH! They suggested I return tomorrow with my auto title in order to get an auto title loan. I don't even have enough money in the bank in order to get my out-of-state title transferred to Arizona. I could have gone to Title Max Auto Loans in order to get an income-based loan had Speedy told me that any new loan funds would be used to pay off my old loan. How so? Title Max was also open while I was at Speedy Cash; but, unfortunately, had closed by the time I left Speedy Cash. I will now have to borrow money from a friend in order to get my title transferred to Arizona tomorrow morning at the DMV. After I do this, I will take my business elsewhere. I need all the money I can get right now.

Female cashier walked away from me as I was talking to her. She attempted to barter with me regarding check cashing fees. I was over-interrogated like a criminal for trying to cash 2 personal checks and asked very personal questions even though I met all requirements. These employees then took it upon themselves to create a profile without even asking me. After completely waisting my time and embarrassing me in front of all the other customers I was told the checks could only be cashed at a bank. A bizarre experience.
