Nothing but excellent customer service! The ease in making travel arrangements was top notch. She contacted us with questions, when needed and took care of pretty much everything (baggage, insurance, park and fly reservations, etc.). She even brought my husband and myself in a few weeks before the vacation to go over literally everything with us. Not 24 hours into our trip, my father passed away. Not only did Teresa take care of everything to get us back as soon as possible, she did it while on her vacation! The last thing you want to deal with after losing a parent is travel arrangements....especially out of the country. She worked with the hotel staff, airlines, etc to make it as smooth as possible. We didn't have to do a thing! She even contacted me later to help get the reimbursement claim going.... When we take another "big" trip, we will definitely call her/Gullivers's Travel again. I have since referred a co-worker to her and she had been nothing but impressed as well.
