We can't thank Jennifer enough for helping us plan our 30th anniversary trip to Punta Cana. She provided step by step instructions and guidance for every part of the trip. The little things like: knowing how much to tip, how to find your private transportation people, and having all the documents that will be needed in advance really helped a control freak like me. Thank you Jennifer for helping us make great memories! Matt P. read more

We recently returned from our family vacation in Cancun. Every two years we plan a vacation with our two adult children, their spouses, and our four grandchildren. We knew we wanted an all-inclusive resort but weren't sure where to start. We contacted Jennifer and are so glad we did! From the first contact with her we knew we were in good hands. She began by sending us all a questionnaire to make certain she knew what type of resort would match our wants and needs (including a lazy river which was important to all of us!) This was an excellent process. She sent us information on 6 different resorts and helped guide us through making our choice. We chose Dreams Natura. It was a wonderful trip. The things that most impressed us with Jennifer is that she was really listened to us and her attention to detail. From arranging our Park, Stay, and Fly in Chicago, private transportation to and from airport to resort, suggestions on room upgrades for the families of four. She provided us with detailed information on what to expect every step of the way from prior to the trip all the way to how to navigate through the Cancun airport. Thank you, Jennifer, for all your services and hard work. You helped us in creating wonderful family memories! We can't wait to see what you plan for us next! read more

My husband and I booked our honeymoon through Jennifer, and she not only helped us through having to cancel our trip (due to Covid) but also rebooking when we were able to travel again! It was also our first time flying out of the country, and Jennifer had everything we needed printed and labeled for every step of our trip! We had an amazing time, and can't wait to book with Jennifer again! read more

Jennifer assisted us with our Honeymoon to Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She was professional, helpful, friendly, and genuinely interested in our wants and needs for this vacation. She took care of every aspect of our travel, including providing us with multiple options to choose from for day trips and adventures, as well as multiple types of travel options. She remained budget conscious and kept us in the loop for every step of planning. When travel plans unexpectedly changed, Jennifer notified us immediately and adjusted our travels while keeping the trip running smoothly. When we arrived in Victoria, we were disappointed our accommodation was not in the heart of downtown or within walking distance to major attractions/destinations. We walked to dinner the first night and ask our waiter about the area, who quickly advised us to take a cab home and not walk from our hotel. We notified Jennifer of the walkability and potential safety issue and she went to work right away on a Sunday to change our hotel accommodation and find something much more suitable to walking and safety. The rest of the trip was perfect and smooth sailing. Jennifer even notified each hotel we were on our honeymoon, and they greeted us with congratulations and small complimentary desserts/champagne! Jennifer took care of every little detail and helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to travel. read more

We booked a tour of Alaska with Jennifer in September 2017 and it was amazing. She is very detail oriented and made sure all the bases were covered with the trip-from making reservations & planning outings to providing s'mores around a campfire. I cannot say enough good things about how she took care of us on this trip, making sure everything was perfect. She even took time out of her busy schedule to plan an evening a month before we left to give our group an idea of what to expect, clothes to take, etc. She gave each of us a folder containing boarding passes, luggage tags, personal itineraries, confirmations & receipts, and miscellaneous tips. If we had questions, she had answers for us. If you are considering a trip, you won't be sorry if you contact Jennifer Walker Travel. read more

My wife and I utilized Jennifer Walker Travel for a trip to Ireland and Scotland for our 30th wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time! Jennifer made sure every part of our trip was well thought out and planned ahead of time. She listened to our ideas and shared her own experiences as our trip took shape. Jennifer gave us several options that allowed us to tailor the best possible experience for us. She was able to work out additional logistics for us that allowed for extra time in Dublin. This included finding a hotel in a specific area of town within walking distance of Aviva Stadium so we could easily attend a concert. Plus, knowing this was our anniversary, Jennifer had the hotel provide some special touches of her own design. Clearly above and beyond your typical travel agent! We will be using Jennifer for all our future trips and highly recommend Jennifer Walker Travel. read more
