I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. I took it in to get looked at and they called me and said they were finished and the car could be picked up. When I arrived on the bill it said electrical problem 150.00 It was all under labor. I asked if they put any parts in and they said no. I went home and the next morning it wouldn't start. I called and the front desk didn't seem to know what they had done to the car, but said they would take another look at it if I got it towed in. I decided to take it to somewhere else. I want to know what code came up if they did a diagnostic or any info they had on "what" they did to the car. The guy on the phone cound'nt help me or figure out what they had done and they said the mechanic wasn't in and was not picking up the phone when they called him. He also told me the owner told him to charge me 150.00 for bringing it in. I still don't have any answers as to what they did and why I was charged 150.00!! Other places I have been have the ability to look up what was serviced, and it felt very unprofessional that no one at the shop could tell me what service was done to my car. As of now they are going to "call me back". when ever they get ahold of the mechanic or he calls back. So in any attempt I have not gotten any answers from this place and 150.00 in the hole.

Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.

We ordered the inspection Thursday evening. On Friday, they communicated with the dealer they would be there Saturday. No show. The salesman said he called him, no answer. Monday, at 6:15 pm, they showed up, 45 mins before the dealership was to close. The truck had sold that evening. Super disappointed. And now the email said due to the "effort already put in", we can't have our $$ back. $300. We do, however, have a 90 day window to try again. This truck was super specific and very hard to find. Very disappointed.
