The representative rudely accused me of lying when I said I had googled "BWI airport shuttle customer service" and this company's number was the first number that came up. After I told the representative I did not want to continue the conversation and ended the call, I received repeated calls from multiple numbers, including the main numbers and then the representatives' personal cell phones. They would call again immediately after I declined the call, and this persisted until I blocked them. I blocked several numbers, but additional calls kept coming in from other numbers. I did not consent to this repeated contact; this behavior is considered harassment in the eyes of the law. Disgusting and unprofessional behavior. Please do not give this company your business, ever.
