However, when I went to the Navy app to check my balance and transactions, they claimed the transaction went through. The transaction did NOT go through on my end or the airlines ends. When I called to dispute the $1700 transaction because it DIDN'T go through. They informed me it can take up to 120 days to get my money back. I don't have 120 days to fix YOUR screw up. I need to buy the tickets NOW. These people were NOT helpful when trying to correct their wrong doing. Back to All In I go. I highly recommend any other CU over these guys. I want to add: All In will replace any disputed funds back into your acct while they investigate. Navy refused to do that.

I promise (and I've proven) that I will follow her to the ends of the earth. Covid office merger, no problem, found her at another location miles away. I literally fly in from wherever I am in the world to see her. The customer care, bedside manner, and attention to detail that I get with Tammy is second to none. She knows her stuff, is so professional, and never makes me feel like the disheveled mess that I am during tax time. And I've never asked a question that she couldn't answer (and, trust me, I ask her allllll the things). She's absolutely amazing, makes everything painless-- even when you owe, and your eyes are slightly tearing up (lol), she somehow manages to soften the blow. FOLLOW UP: Using H&R Block software ourselves we found…read moremultiple deductions the in-person tax "professional" never identified oe even asked ys about. Our refund nearly doubled! So much for the in-office pros. Absolutely incompetent and greedy! The tax advisor we worked with, regardless of the number of years of experience and fully computerized system, repeatedly made mistakes as we watched our refund decrease. The fee was more than double the prior year and we were told we would receive an oh so generous $25 credit. Went to sign the return and were told choose between the credit or their guarantee to stand behind their work. We wasted several hours there only to realize they were incompetent and we could not trust them to do our taxes. GO ELSEWHERE!
