He bought a Chain saw and Back Pack Air Blower. And they worked in the store. But when they got to use it on the work field it didnt work. We tried to returned as soon as we found out a couple hours later. They refused, they treated us like a criminal and saying raciest slurs. I then brought it to Zachs Out door Small Engine repairs and they diagnose it and found out both engines are intact No Good with Internal Engine Problems.. So I am out of 500.00 which I can use on my father's final expense. We explained all this , they say they dont care . And they stated blaring some very bad raciest slurs.
