Coming from Michigan and having owned Florida condos for the past five years, I have seen how very much purchasing homeowners insurance in Florida has changed. I can say that Elizabeth Barcelo has been a delight to work with. She and Roy Melendez have been very attentive to my concerns and have gone above and beyond to procure the best coverage for the very best pricing. My husband and I have worked with at least three other agents over the past years who also could quote Allstate Insurance but Elizabeth's enthusiasm in helping us out resulted in saving us several hundred dollars for better coverage through Allstate. THAT is what senior citizens like us consider white glove, ten star treatment!!! We thank you for having such highly skilled and service oriented agents on your staff who return calls promptly, give legitimate answers to questions and go WAY out of their way to give the VERY best quote....that's Elizabeth Barcelo! We thank you and we DEFINITELY thank her! You will be our number one suggestion to all we know for the best insurance quotes in town..... Keith & Margaret Baker Deerfield Beach, Florida
