I was a customer for over a decade and had to recently close my account. was notified of a possible…read morefraud and was told that they issued me a new card. after 3 weeks and no card I called the main branch and was told their fraud department canceled my card but, didn't issue a new card. waited 2 more weeks for a new card only to not be able to activate or set a pin on my new card. branch said they no longer have the ability to do that over the phone. I live 6 hours round trip away and can't just drop by. all this happened during the holidays. had no access to my money for over 2 months by the time I setup a new account and direct deposits with a new bank. I was a great customer, never bounced a check or went negative. I was put over 100K a year through my account. As far as I'm concerned it's criminal what they did to me. no access to my funds!
