I lost my job and while I was looking for a new job I stayed in touch with them and told them I was shuffling some funds around. So the first payment I needed them to take from a different account. They agreed they took the payment no problem. Then they started calling me and harassing me telling me it was an attempt to collect a debt. When I wasn't in debt to them I had a loan and they had all my banking information. They just pulled a payment on January 16th out of my account then sent me to collections saying I haven't made a payment in the last 30 to 59 days. So if you're thinking about getting a loan, you should go to security finance, world finance or even lend Nation. Don't go to check and go. They clearly don't have a clue what they're doing.

Convenient fee.. for paying over the phone... Like I told them.. I'm on a fixed income that's not convenient to me. So I have to go into the store and pay in person with a cashier check a money order or cash... What a shame.. that's the only drawback I found on this... The people are really cool sweet friendly and within 20 minutes you could have your answer on what you could get.. I would refer them on your time of need. Unless you like paying an extra $5 for them to talk to you on the phone be ready to go to the store and pay it in person.

My husband and I took a loan in April of last year to help with our wedding. Not something that we…read moreusually do but in this case, we thought it was an exception. Since then we have not missed one monthly payment. Saturday morning we woke up to our truck being out of our drive way with our drive through being messed up. Thinking someone had stole our vehicle because we honestly had no clue! We have been in the store over 2 times and were never notified that we owed $7 in late fees. That's right, our truck was towed over $7. 7 dollars that we had never been notified of, didn't even receive a phone call (even though they claim we did). My husband and I both tried to contact the facility throughout the weekend to pay on our truck, but no one would return our calls. We went up to the repossessions office today, paid in full, and were told we had to wait on an email to be approved to get our truck back. 2 hours later, receipt in hand, the loan office closed and never gave us our truck back. Which will always be $28 in storage fees.. The manager even told my husband that "we're just here to make money" even after explaining to him that my heart medication was inside of our vehicle. An employee even told us at the office that they towed another person's vehicle over 38 cents. I will have the authorities involved if I do not receive my property and is now considered stolen.
