I had a great experience at Check City thanks to Crystal! She was professional, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Crystal definitely went above and beyond. I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency. If you visit Check City, I highly recommend asking for Crystal! read more

Allie truly was an angel to my boyfriend and I when we went in on Monday. We were between a rock and a hard place and Allie was so compassionate and helped us with everything we needed. She definitely deserves a raise! read more

Ali was great in helping me cash my work check when my freaking bank wanted to put a hold on it for 7 business days when normally it's the next business day ridiculous. she made the experience extremely easy & fast great customer service thank you again Ali read more

They seem to try to convince people that they owe money when they DO NOT! My WELLS FARGO BANKER says, voluntarily, that she sees a lot "of that sort of thing" where they collect "more than they are owed"! It seems many borrowers trust them & don't call the bank as I did! Also. When I brought their Manager, @ the Flamingo & Jones office proof, their girl @ the window was snotty, & asked: What are YOU doing here?! read more

Leah is the BEST... She helped me so fast ! Her customer service was outstanding! Thank You So Much! read more

Came in this evening at 6:30 with absolutely no customers in line, I barely got in the door and was rudely told to hold up. There was a chubby red hear gal with the most unhappy disgusting look on her face, and what appeared to be a new hire. I've been in customer service for over 20 years and would never expect to wait over 30 min for them to do a cash drawer count and switch over. Yet alone make someone wait with no other customers for that amount of time. I was in to pick up a western union cash transfer from my bank, and will never return to this location due to the horrible attitudes, lack of customer service, and flat out rudeness that they provided to me. For upper management reading this I hope the appropriate discussion about how to greet a customer , how to properly treat a customer. Thank you read more

Asia assisted me today! She was wonderful and friendly. All staff Friendly and the process was quick and easy!

DO NOT do business with Check City, yes, I took out a small loan, fell into a hardship, so they file charges to ganish my pay, they came to my apartment and served papers to someone living in my home, not me (not the person on the loan), no signature, no nothing, now they are demanding 25% more than my child support. So be careful they will strong arm you to get what they want and have no care for you or your families well-being. read more

I saw Tamesha at the Warm Springs location and she was awesome. She was so helpful and friendly. Best customer service I've received at this location since their recent turn over in staff. Go there for your Western Union needs!!! Or other stuff they offer read more

Leah at this location has horrible customer service skills. She plays dumb when asking a simple question and rolls her eyes at you. I left without the loan because I didn't feel comfortable dealing with her. She needs to know what she's talking about with customers, she's in the lending business for Christ sake. read more

Carol provided very good customer service. Very funny and friendly . It was great experience

Maybe you should change your hours on here. I went in because it says they're open until 11pm. The lady working inside didn't lock the doors and was yelling at me and another customer that they were closed. Well, the time on the door says something else and the time on Yelp says something else and when you call it says that you close at 11pm!!!! read more

Leah was professional and friendly. Location was clean. Overall easy to do business with.

Was very fast and loved wayne was very polite and had a good time will definitely come back

Always served me great , but this time I called to make sure I would be able to come into their cash checking place before the place closes I went and she then said it's already 9 when it was 8:57 and I asked politely is there's any chance she can help me out and she said no we are closed in a rude way. Like I work in a restaurant we close at 8 and always get orders 5 minutes before the restaurant closes. But no hate just an honest yelp review . read more

I use the Warm Springs location the most to cash my checks etc...i love the tellers. They're professional, friendly, helpful & very quick. I'm in & out between 5 to 7 minutes. One of my favorite tellers is Leah. Super friendly & very helpful. It's also very clean. I would much rather come here to do business than a impersonal, stuffy bank any day. read more

They were such a big help they were succ a big help when I needed them. Lorena went above and beyond to make sure I got the money I needed they were very professional, polite, and had great attitudes. I will continue to use them for all my loan needs. read more

Take your business anywhere else but here, and surely do not walk in before they open. Even if the doors are unlocked. I was rudely greeted by some fellow in a tight dress shirt on this day for walking in before they were ready. There are friendlier ways to tell a customer you're still closed. read more

This review is for the location at Cheyenne and 215 not the location listed here! Lone Mountain. I have been a BofA customer for some 22 years so I am not an individual who uses check cashing stores, although they provide a great service to a community. I received an out of State business check from a corporation for services I provided as a professional in the entertainment and media industry. As of late checks I deposit, out of State, into BofA they put holds on them for at least two weeks! A customer of 22 years and a 2 week hold?? That is when I decided to go to Check City. Now I was aware of Check City's very liberal Money Order policy of "free money orders" which is something unheard of today so I had used their services as opposed to paying 12 dollars at BofA for one. That said I went into the location at Cheyenne and 215 and met Sabrina, within minutes she cashed this business check at a very fair rate ( some places will take advantage of people on fees ) and I was out the door with cash in hand that I could deposit into my account for instant access to those funds rather than wait 2 weeks for a check to "clear". The banks today are using our money for their benefit and that is sad. I hope that this note provides help to anyone who maybe in the same situation, I hope you find your dealings with Check City as I did with Sabrina and the location at Lone Mountain. I am a believer that if you have good service, are treated fairly and find something that is helpful to others to pass it on. Keep up the great work Check City as you provide a valuable service to our community! read more
