Let me begin with the positive. I was trying to sort out what type of window I had and by providing photos and measurements they were helpful in determining the ID. I ordered off the website and we were flying. Then things went a bit sideways. They gave me the wrong tracking number (carrier DPD) which showed the package as delivered. I did not have it so I spent quite some time chasing down DPD - they are a whole other level of horrible- and eventually went back to CBUK with the issue and they provided the correct tracking number. I checked back with DPD. THEY LOST THE BLINDS! Got in contact with CBUK and they sent out a replacement set express delivery. I have not yet fitted them but may ammend this review up if the blinds work out great. However, I will always check to see if DPD is a carrier in any purchases I ever make online again.
