After ordering this personal size cheese pie, we were pleasantly surprised at how well the crust held up. Before we left, we complimented them on how great the pizza was and let them know that we would come back after our tour group had dinner. As we were having dinner at a restaurant in the same plaza, a hotel worker walked in and informed us that the pizzeria closed for the day, but left a pie for us in the lobby, no charge. I was like, "Whoa!!" I was sad and excited in one fell swoop. Sad that the store closed before we could order another pie but then excited because of their graciousness. Maybe because we expressed being fans of their pizza making skills and knew we would be gone in the morning.
