I just had a horrible experience with one of their employees who showed up unannounced at our home…read moreto do a quote. She rang the doorbell but I was upstairs working & I don't usually answer the door unless I know someone is coming. She rang the doorbell again & my dogs were barking like crazy so I finally put them up & went to see who it was. At this point she is walking around our front yard taking pictures, so I open the door & ask if I can help her, since I have no idea who she is or what she's doing here. She said no I'm good I just talked to T - my mother who lives with us but isn't home & had contacted them to schedule a time for a quote but hadn't heard back from them. I guess they just decided to come by without letting her know. I said ok well who are you? She said I'm with Bailey's trees, and I said oh ok I didn't know who you were or why you're in our yard taking pictures. She said with an attitude, well you didn't answer the door. I said because I'm working & I didn't know who was here or why. She said all snarky, oh ok well have a good day, then said "rude" I guess thinking I wouldn't hear her because I was closing the door. So I said I'm the one who's rude?! No YOU'RE RUDE! And I told her to get off my property and leave!! I can't understand how you would talk to a potential customer that way if you're trying to get their business! It was absolutely unprofessional & unacceptable!! We will definitely NOT be using them & will be sure to let everyone we know not to use them!!
