We asked them to use the old wood but we didn't ask them to leave it a mess and built it uneven. They didn't fill each concrete block's hole with concrete like they said, they just left it with gravel that is going everywhere now and are claiming that we never asked them to fill it with concrete. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. He won't respond to your messages while he working so he can later say that there's nothing in writing. What a waste. He left when I wasn't there because my parents don't speak English. I paid him when it was dark and he knew that I lived an hour away so I didn't see it in the daylight until a week later. I feel that we got a fair price, exceptional and thoughtful design to the specifications given for our hot tub space in the backyard and garden area.
