They were all so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They all have years of experience and really seem to care about their work and take pride in a job well done. I don't like the way they've pruned the shrubs in our community because they look too formal and unnatural since they obviously use an electric trimmer and round them into balls or into boxy shrubs. We asked them to use the old wood but we didn't ask them to leave it a mess and built it uneven. They didn't fill each concrete block's hole with concrete like they said, they just left it with gravel that is going everywhere now and are claiming that we never asked them to fill it with concrete. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. He won't respond to your messages while he working so he can later say that there's nothing in writing. What a waste. He left when I wasn't there because my parents don't speak English. I paid him when it was dark and he knew that I lived an hour away so I didn't see it in the daylight until a week later. I only paid him because he said he needed the money so I drove an hour to my parents house and looked at the work in the dark. Now when I text he just sends thumbs up and snarky comments. Impressive customer service, professional work ethic, and very trustworthy are some of the descriptions that come to mind when I think of how well our project went. I feel that we got a fair price, exceptional and thoughtful design to the specifications given for our hot tub space in the backyard and garden area. Moises knows a great deal about irrigation, landscape design, timely scheduling and the best materials to be used according to the project. His design principles are based on a more organic and natural aesthetic. He promises and delivers on those verbal agreements, so I think potential clients can be comfortable in working with him and his crew.
