Flooring is intimidating because it's a large expense and a choice you'll live with for a long time, but adolfo and the 101 flooring crew helped us immediately feel super comfortable. He gave us great recommendations, didn't ever try to sell us something we weren't looking for, in fact, he pointed us directly to what we wanted. The flooring was done professionally, looks beautiful, and was finished timely. We also felt that the cost of labor was really fair. They were there same day when we needed some small changes to the baseboards. 10/10 highly recommend.

On a recommendation from a friend, we went into Broadway Carpet and began looking for the right flooring. I must say that of all the local flooring businesses, Broadway was the most attentive in assisting us finding just the right product so we chose them. Then the installation began which involved removing the old prior to putting in the new. Their installation staff was fabulous as it took 8 days to do the demo and the install carefully, repairing issues to get it just perfect prior to laying down the new flooring. We chose a luxury vinyl which turned out absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Broadway Carpet for their customer service, knowledge of product and professional installation.

What we wanted done was simply to repair the leak and match the existing tile. All the other companies refused to do the fix and wanted to remodel the whole shower as you can imagine that is costly. I thank Hester for listening to what I wanted and not trying to up sell me to a whole new shower like everyone else. They were great, placed nice floor protection for them walking in and out. Always on time and the final product exceeded my expectations. Great pricing and great communication from beginning project to end. They even worked around our schedule to make sure the job got completed before our vacation. I will continue using them for any tile or stone projects needed in the future and would highly encourage others to use them as well. It's hard to find quality workers anymore. But is very obvious Hester tile takes a lot of pride in their work and it shows. They even spoke with me after the work was done to make sure we were still happy with everything. I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. I found some inexpensive laminate flooring at Home Depot that was an acceptable match to some…read moreexisting flooring in a mobile home I'd purchased. Home Depot's installation estimate seemed pretty high for one small bedroom, and the employee who came to measure was rude, so I looked around for someone else to install it. A local flooring company gave me Ken Jensen's number. Ken's estimate was quite a bit less than what Home Depot wanted. He'd had a cancellation and had time to install it the next day, but I hadn't picked up the flooring yet, and I was living 3 hours away. He agreed to pick up the product from Home Depot for me, so that we could get the project done sooner. Ken wasn't impressed with the underlayment that Home Depot carried, so he picked up some from G&S flooring, instead. I wouldn't have thought it would matter, because you can't see it, but there is a huge difference in the way the floor in that room FEELS, compared to the rooms that had been done previously-- it's quieter and softer to walk on. The floor came out absolutely beautiful! Not only that, but he saw the extra pieces of flooring that the previous owner had left, and he swapped out a damaged board in another room at no charge. I was so impressed with Ken's work that I asked him to install vinyl tile in my laundry room (white) and my workshop (blue and white checked). Again, his service was exceptional! After finishing the laundry room, he came back the next day to install a piece of metal trim on the edge of the raised platform that my washer and dryer sit on. He noticed that a piece of wooden trim underneath was sagging, which would have eventually caused the vinyl tile to crack, so he removed it and trimmed the tile, before installing the metal trim piece. It looks great, and he didn't charge extra, even though it was a little more work. I'm hoping to sell my mobile home in a year or two and buy a house, and I'm already planning the flooring I'm going to have Ken do! I'm so happy with my new floors, and I'm thankful that I was given Ken's number. See photos. (Laundry room photo coming soon.)
