Once I had made my decision, they arrived when they said they would and their team of installer were knowledgeable, professional, expert roof installers. They left zero mess behind when they were done. I have two dogs and it was super important that there not be any nails or shingles for the dogs to pick up. And three years of ice storms and high winds have not caused any shingles to fly away or any leaks. The roof is water-tight, beautiful, and just what I wanted. I absolutely recommend this company.

When I phoned the day before to confirm it, the owner of the company said they didn't see our name on the appointment book, which seemed bogus because I had just spoken with him the week before. Then, they said they would call back to see where they could fit us in later that day, and no one ever called back. A week later and my partner called to see what was going on and they said they didn't have their appointment book handy and would phone back. I'm really disappointed in their unprofessional service. This job is obviously not a priority with them. Perhaps they just aren't sure how to solve the problem and just don't know how to tell us? Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a plumbing or heating company. This one is rubbish.

Although Pareco was about 10-15% higher price than the other quotes I got I was very satisfied with their work. Even after the job was done I had water coming in from a mysterious spot but Luc himself came over and investigated the problem with me. He helped me by installing a free flash cover on my second roof and installed cap on top of the ventilation pipe that was causing the problem. In all fairness to Luc and Pareco it was not their work that caused the water infiltration, it was old pipe that was never decommissioned properly. Pareco take their work seriously and are true professional. Thank you gang!

Even though the roof was snow covered, he was able to assess the problem and propose the solution. Got a good quote from them, (among others), checked their references and hired Pareco Plus. They were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either. The owner had reassured me that it was not an immediate emergency job (with those emergency costs!!) We set a date, with the understanding that if there was a warm patch Pareco would accelerate the schedule to: immediately. They came when they were supposed to, without any prodding. The work was professionally done, they cleaned up when finished; they came back to complete the final steps as they said they would. There were no surprises, no hidden surcharges, no BS. Exactly what all the references I called said. I will definitely use them again, probably for renos as the roof has a 20year guarantee! Good job well done.
