However, the reception in Oxford is completely ridiculous (in many pubs, there's no reception at all, for instance). I'd recommend to stay away from O2 (I've been with them for almost a year before I quit) and use a different provider, at least if you're living in Oxford.

That said, the best deals for Vodafone are definitely to be found here, and the staff are experts on Vodafone price plans and products as they only have to deal with one brand. The shop itself is pretty uninspiring - tidy, but only a few phones and adverts to look at. The staff are polite and helpful and are perfectly happy to answer questions without this leading to any purchase. It's well worth talking to the staff if you have a problem with your phone or a question about your account. I find Vodafone telephone customer care generally very good, but it's so much easier talking to someone face-to-face, and they seem at liberty to offer you extra deals if they feel like it. Excellent.
