It was super fun and enjoyable to see the city this way; lots of food and drinks with a set schedule and ability to hit the great local spots all in a few hours. I highly recommend doing this tour for both for tourists & locals. Mine was 3 hours long and we went to these hotspots: La Altena, Feed Co, Debarge Winery, Flying Squirrel, and Conga!

The owner, Briana works with each chef to curate a special sampling at each restaurant. We did our first course at Old Gillman Grill for a French inspired meal and then did a walking tour of Chattanooga's alleys - which are designed by the community. Then we headed to the Westin for a very competitive scavenger hunt followed by a Korean inspired meal at Alimentari. The tour then ended with tapas and an espresso bean old fashioned (Basil Lime Spritz mocktail for me) at Paloma Bar de Tapas on the 10th floor of the Westin, which overlooks the city. The tour lasted 3 hours and the food was phenomenal!!! This is definitely a must-do again when I have friends visit!

Beautiful Sunset Cruise, But Inconsistent Hours at the Gift Shop…read more We had a lovely time aboard the Southern Belle for their Sunset Cruise. When we boarded, we made our way to the middle deck, front of the boat--and found the perfect little spot with a private table and chairs. It felt like our own peaceful corner of the river. No crowd, just a quiet, relaxing ride with amazing views of the Chattanooga skyline and surrounding scenery as the sun set. Absolutely gorgeous. After docking, we decided to eat at the restaurant above the gift shop. It was a great way to end the evening--the food was tasty, and the river views from the deck made it even better. We asked the staff what time the gift shop closed and were told 9:00 PM, so we waited until after dinner to pick up souvenirs. Unfortunately, by the time we finished eating (maybe 10 minutes later), the shop had already closed. Kind of a bummer. Since then, we've tried to return twice while driving through Chattanooga--hoping to grab some mementos--but no one answers the phone, and the gift shop hasn't been open either time. Their posted hours on both the website and Google are clearly off, which has made it pretty frustrating. All in all, we loved the cruise and highly recommend it, especially if you can snag a quiet spot on the deck. Just don't count on the gift shop being open--even if you're told otherwise. Buy your souvenirs before dinner just to be safe!

It's actually worth watching as the employees are featured in the video and the dramatization of situations are pretty funny. I showed up at 8:35 am even though I didn't need to be there until 930 according to the email. I waited until 10:15 am. No one showed up nor did anyone advise me of any cancellations. What kind of buisness doesn't have the common decency to contact their customers and let them know of cancellations. I'm also in the process of reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. If there were no 10am tours. I shouldn't have been allowed to book it. UPDATE....ON Febuary 10th I was contacted by someone and was informed that I had infact been issued a refund on Febuary 3rd. He apologized for not contacting me sooner. He also explained they didn't usually book a tour for 1. So my advice would be to call and confirm. I also feel like I was only contacted because I reported them to the BBB.
