They do an excellent job telling the story of MOH recipients and the medal's history. The self-paced walking tour starts with a 5-6 minute video and we had a volunteer telling us all about the history as we waited for the video. I showed up at 8:35 am even though I didn't need to be there until 930 according to the email. I waited until 10:15 am. No one showed up nor did anyone advise me of any cancellations. What kind of buisness doesn't have the common decency to contact their customers and let them know of cancellations. I'm also in the process of reporting them to the BBB for false advertising. If there were no 10am tours. I shouldn't have been allowed to book it. UPDATE....ON Febuary 10th I was contacted by someone and was informed that I had infact been issued a refund on Febuary 3rd. He apologized for not contacting me sooner. He also explained they didn't usually book a tour for 1. So my advice would be to call and confirm. I also feel like I was only contacted because I reported them to the BBB.
