I've always taken my pup here for nail trims it's usually a smooth and fast process. Today I walked…read morein and asked the lady if they had time for a trim, she was clearly busy and the only one working I already expected her to say no. However, instead of apologizing or suggesting I make an appointment she just said "no actually we don't have time" and that was the end of the conversation, not even a "have a good day". I get the job can be overwhelming if you're the only one working however there should be a little bit more customer service rather than just flat out saying no cause that kind of made me feel differently about coming back.

We still give Monty sedation meds because he gets so anxious and also working on getting him more comfy with tools at home. Dixie Paws is easily located in Downtown Woodland so you can explore while your doggies get a safe spa day! They also have lots of toys for doggies and it's always just a pleasant visit, even though Monty is a stress ball, we are sure he is very grateful to everyone there for taking such good care of him! He smells good and is always a handsome boy coming out! I also wanted to note that their rate is super reasonable compared to other places we called up initially. Thank you Cassidy and team! Please note that they are currently undergoing construction so you will have to access the building from the back entrance! As of 4/2/2026

I worry like a manic mom each time I drop my pup off to be groomed. Horror stories about dogs being…read moreleft standing on tables, falling off surfaces and choking, or getting yelled at by staff make my imagination run wild. So how grateful I am to businesses like Bubbles and Bows who bring the service to the familiarity of our own front yard and single-mindedly focus on one pup at a time. I've used Deborah and her service twice and been so very pleased both times. Our dog is one hairy rescued German Shepherd with hip dysplasia and eyesight challenges and she is an anxious mess like her mom. Even though she hates being groomed, she is always quick to calm and be happy again when it's over with Bubbles and Bows, which is a dramatic improvement from the nailscraping refusal to leave the car when we've arrived at a couple other grooming places and the hour-long shakes and hiding (firework style) following. I believe her behavior before and after service shows that she is treated with care by Deborah and her staff, and that gives me relief and peace of mind. She smells wonderful, looks beautiful, and feels so soft. So pleased! We will be booking with Deborah again for steady service to keep our pup looking and feeling great. Thank you, Deborah and team!

This was my first time using Bubbles and Bow Mobile Grooming, and unfortunately I will not be using…read morethem again. They arrived just a few minutes after the scheduled time, which was not an issue at all. The owner had a teenage trainee assisting her. My first dog was hesitant to go into the mobile grooming van, and I ended up having to pick her up and carry her inside myself. I had hoped that using a mobile groomer would make things easier for me, but I already felt like I was having to do more than expected. That said, my first dog came out looking beautiful, smelling great, and wearing a cute bandana. I was happy with how she looked. The experience with my second dog, Jasmine, is what really concerned me. Jasmine was scared and growled, so I handed her over to the groomer because I needed to get back inside to my children. I later sent my daughter outside to check on Jasmine. My daughter quickly came back inside and told me that the groomer was cussing at Jasmine, including calling her a "motherf***er" and "bitch." I immediately went outside myself. Before she realized I was there, I personally heard her yelling at Jasmine, calling her horrible, and saying things such as "knock that shit off." The trainee then told her that the customer was at the door. When she opened the door, I asked if everything was okay and told her that my daughter had heard her cussing at my dog and that I had just heard it myself. She explained that Jasmine had tried to bite when she touched her back leg and that she needed to muzzle her. I completely understand that groomers have to protect themselves and that some animals can be difficult or fearful during grooming. My concern is not that she used a muzzle for safety. My concern is the way she was speaking to and about my dog when she did not realize I was listening. She assured me Jasmine was safe and apologized for cussing in front of my children. However, hearing someone speak to my frightened dog that way made me very uncomfortable. There were also some organizational issues. Equipment had been put away after my first dog's grooming and had to be brought back out, which the owner blamed on the trainee. I also had my overweight cat's sanitary area shaved for hygiene purposes, and I had to hold my cat myself rather than having the assistant help. For reference, I was charged $100 for my large dog's bath, $120 for my small dog's grooming, and $40 to shave my cat's sanitary area. At the end she asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment, and I declined. While my first dog looked great afterward, the way I personally heard my second dog being spoken to overshadowed the entire experience. Based on what I witnessed, I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets alone in this groomer's care. If your pet is fearful, anxious, or difficult during grooming, that is something I would strongly consider before booking.

New hair stylists, chiropractor, acupuncture, stores, veterinarian, etc. Tough when you have history and become comfortable in one area. In the last few years, 2 of our doggies passed away. We were worried about our 3rd remaining Doggy, our Rottweiler (Roxy!). Worried about the move, finding new Doggy friends (both furry and human). Our girl is super sensitive. Out of all our dogs she is the most sensitive, caring, loving, snuggly, smart, sweet girl. She became a little more nervous without her sisters. So she can be a little skittish around people and other dogs at first. The best thing that we have done since moving here is finding Debbie and her mobile grooming company. She is amazing! Her staff is excellent. They are very professional and know how to read and handle dogs. Rottweilers are not always the easiest dogs. Debbie handled Roxy better than I could have wished. Debbie was even able to bath her. We had initially hired her to just cut her nails; but now she is getting groomed on a regular basis. Dogs Best Friend Mobile Grooming is a great choice if your looking for a competent and amazing groomer. Roxy loves Debbie and her staff and so do we!!
