What a cute little farm!!!…read more My husband and I wanted to take our 1 year old son to see some farm animals up close since we were in the area last Friday. We didn't have a lot of expectations given the reviews on here but we figured we check it out for our son. We were pleasantly surprised how much fun we had! When we walked in, we were greeted by the nice staff and volunteers who told us the $4 entrance fee goes towards donations to help feed, house, and care for all the animals. We also learned that they're rescue animals. They have a variety of farm animals to feed and pet including a donkey, ponies, sheep, goats, cows, and chickens. They offer a punch card when you purchase grains to feed the animals too. Our son had so much fun with the animals. He smiled and laughed in excitement which put a huge smile on our face. Keep in mind that the farm is small but they are working hard to expand for everyone of all ages. There's a cute little rollercoaster and pony carousel. They even have a small Wild West theme town for the kids to play on. We had a great time on the farm. Definitely recommend checking this place out. We will be sure to come back again.

We came for a visit and got to let baby cows, rabbits, and check out the alpacas and pigs. We also let the kids go for pony rides around Gardner village. We had a great time and will be back. I just really wish the staff wore masks. Nobody but us was masked, even the handlers taking the kids on the horses.

The rides, animals, corn maze, corn pit, and pumpkin stand were so much fun. I liked the corn maze wasn't overly big but it was just the right size. My kids loved going on the rides as many times as they could. They had the carousel, tea cups, swings, and many other rides. the pumpkins they were selling were good sized and there were many varieties. They had portable potty's for customers to use. We came during the day and there was a food stand selling Mexican style corn on the cob and drinks. There's also a little general store that sold popcorn, Carmel apples, ice cream and fruit. I will definitely be back several times before the season ends.

I brought my stroller and after I left there were so many stickers in the wheels of my stroller. I also wish there was more shade. They have rides but I honestly don't get the height requirements. They make no sense. The rides are mainly small carnival type rides. Most of the height requirements are about 42 inches. You go to Disneyland and a lot of big rides such as Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain and Guardians of the Galaxy all have a height requirement of 40 inches. Those are big thrill rides there their height requirement is less than a small carnival ride. It's so weird to me. My baby was able to go on 3 rides. I think they were understaffed or something because they didn't have a worker at every ride. You would get to a ride and have to wait for a worker to come over. I also waited a very long time for the hayride. The line wasn't long but we waited a long time for them to get a worker to come over. I would come back but only if I win free tickets again. This isn't a place I would want to pay full price for.

I stumbled across Utah Valley Llamas by accident on a Utah tourist website. I am so glad I did!!!!…read moreLet me tell you everything you need to now about Utah Valley Llamas: The farm is located on the grounds of the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Hindu temple. As we were waiting for our tour of the llama farm to start, we got a free tour of the temple. It was cool to learn basics of the Hindu religion, and it gave us base information for some of the animals we were about to see on the farm tour! Vai, referred to as the "llama mama," was awesome! She is an older lady who is very blunt but full of love for her religion and her animals. I am not Hindu, but it was very refreshing to see someone care so much about religion. Vai showed us her fancy birds, fish, llamas, and sacred cows. She was full of knowledge and allowed us to take a hands-on approach to learning about the animals. She even cracked a joke: When I read that mama llamas hum to their babies, she said, "Do you know why they hum?" ..... "Because they don't know the words." It was so funny, and she delivered it perfectly, with a straight face. I'll admit, I was very scared to get close to the llamas. They're pretty big, and they come really close to you when they know you have food. They were all so gentle and calm, though, and they didn't spit at all! Vai told us that they only spit on other llamas or when they feel threatened. Feeding the llamas out of my hands was terrifying, but it became less scary as time went on. Llamas only have bottom teeth, so their top lips rubbed against my hands as I fed them. We forgot to bring sliced apples and baby carrots, so make sure you do that! After the llamas, Vai showed us the sacred cows. They are tiny and cute. We got to feed them, too, and they were much grosser than the llamas when they ate. Their tongues were huge, and they made your hands disgusting after. It was gross, but TOTALLY worth the experience! I just washed my hands after. (: We had such a cool, unique experience at Utah Valley Llama. It was amazing to be so close to all the llamas and learn about them, and it was awesome to learn more about the Hindu religion in relation to their animals and eating habits. If you're in Utah, definitely take a tour of the llama farm! It will not disappoint!

There was a small corn maze, and 3 sort of "haunted house" things to walk through . Two of them were certainly geared more towards little kids, which was great because we have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. The other is meant for kids 13 years or older, but my 4 year old did fine. Everything was done really well too, lots of love and detail went into creating the atmosphere here. They also have little concerts/dance parties that go on throughout the day. There was plenty of food to choose from as well. There were a few food trucks and a couple areas to buy snacks. We came expecting to spend only 30 mins- 1hr and ended up spending the entire evening here, and still didn't quite have a chance to experience everything. I definitely suggest coming to check this place out for yourself.
