    EPIC SERVICE FAIL…read more Bought a CERTIFIED USED 2022 Highlander from Bill Penney at the beginning of March. Getting close to 2 months now the entire entertainment screen has been BLANK. All I get is 'part is on order no ETA'. Basically telling me to go away - they'll get around it when they feel like. Good thing I paid a premium for a CERTIFIED vehicle with a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. Problem is if they don't stand by the warranty its worthless. Already been in twice - 1st time it was 10 hours for them to send me a 10 second video that basically said 'yep it doesn't work'. Ordered part which I had to call them to find out if it arrived since they didn't bother to call me. Set up 2nd appointment for 8:15am. Arrived, they knew what had to be done so I I waited on the car. At 3:30pm - more than 7 hours later I'm getting impatient so I inquired why a 2 hour fix (I looked it up) took so long. They talked to the service department and they HADN'T EVEN OPENED THE VEHICLE UP YET!!!! Why take a 8:15am appointment if you aren't going to get to it until 4pm? Turns out the part wasn't the fix and after 10 hours got sent home and I'm still waiting on yet another part which they can't seem to source. Before the fix I could at least try use the android auto through the car speakers but them attempting to fix it they broke that too. Can't say I'm impressed by how any of this has been handled. Every time I get in the car its aggravates me that can't use the screen to change climate, GPS, or any of the other tons of things this seems to have complete control over.

He was texting me back answers nearly immediately. Speaking to him Saturday evening, I knew I wanted to be at the dealership first thing Monday to buy that car. I wanted a Honda Fit, and that was an excellent Honda Fit where every question I had, he either knew or found quickly. I show up Monday, he was again kind, professional, and friendly. I had some service related questions he gave me time to talk to them, never felt rushed. That Monday we got everything we could do finished. There was some things I needed to sort out on my end that took until the next Saturday morning to trade in my car and buy a new one. Saturday I show up with my cheque book ready to pay. He was ready to help with a smile. He helped me move my possessions to the new car, double checked to make sure I didn't forget anything, and answered a few last minute questions (setting up CarPlay, some of the settings on the dashboard, and ensuring I was able to transfer my satellite radio subscription to my car, I knew I could but was unsure about the process). They even detailed it for free, it was already pretty clean to start with. However, free is a good price, to be honest their complementary detailing was better than detailing services that I've paid hundreds of dollars for. My previous car buying experience in 2017 in Virginia (different dealership chain and different brand) I GOT RIPPED OFF HARD. So I bought my father who has lots of experience with buying new and used cars. My father was with me the whole process and told me, I got a good deal on a good car. I trust him more than anyone, so I drove off the lot Saturday happy and confident. Also Steve the financial guy who did the paperwork was a top notch professional. Finance is where I was ripped off last time, he was patient with me as I read everything. He did offer an extended warranty however when I said no all he said was "okay, sign here saying you are declining coverage." Zero pressure. Also he answered all the questions I had about making sure I get my car registered and titled properly as Alabama does things differently than Ohio or Virginia. Basically, he helped answer questions that weren't even his job. He just answered them out of kindness.

    Made an Appointment to see a car. That car was sold. The salesman did not text or call me to say…read moreit's sold but we also have similar and etc. I felt unwanted, like I wasn't good enough and he seemed to think I was ignorant. I won't ever go back there and I plan on telling everyone I work with and my family how this went. My money spends other places and it won't be there!
