I've been dealing with Chase (and Bank of New York, before they purchased them) for many years now. I'm had many gripes about their policies and service, but that's another story. This review is for this particular Chase branch. I've dealt with many different branches through the years, and have several problems, but the Grasslands location has to be the worst of the worst. Why?
Inept tellers who spent more time perfectly grooming their eyebrows than learning basic customer service skills. The same marble-mouthed tellers who yap on their "cella" phones about what when down at da club the night before, while dealing with customers. The longest, and slowest moving lines. An ATM that was constantly out of service. And worst of all....this obnoxious, overweight, tacky, shrilly-voiced older woman who was the rudest person I had ever dealt with in a service or retail situation (I THINK she was actually the head of this branch, as sickening as it sounds). One time (the LAST time I ever went into this bank) I approached her at her desk to complain about the horrible service I just received from the braindead teller, and she throws up her hand (in the "talk to the hand" style) and says "DON'T EVEN TALK TO ME!" and turns back around and stared at her computer screen, doing whatever her repulsive, cankle-ridden a$$ was over-paid to do. I tried to contact a higher up to complain and got the "we'll look into it, thank you" but who knows whatever happened.
My experiences at this s@#$h@le are the reason I now only do my banking online or through an ATM (not their ATM, obviously). They really deserve no stars, but that's not an option. read more
