Zeal opportunistically looks for ways to make money through fees, and if you're not paying attention, they will stick it to you. If you open an auto loan account, they will force you to open an additional savings account (even if you already have one) and maintain a $5.00 balance in the account. WHY? Then when you payoff the loan, they pocket the $5.00 - not a huge deal, but WHY? I could go on.... but I'm not sure it would result in any changes....
