They offer good RATES for car buying, they also have other offers like (CD) certificate of deposit (which i have, rates vary every where), and other banking offers such as first time home buying which i have not yet experienced but after my car buying experience with them i do look forward to maybe working with them to make my first home purchase best part is they are local in Tulare county

Aside from this instance I have banked with Bank of the Sierra for years and having customer support call me and actually take time to apologize has helped my overall experience. The customer service is not great, they do not seem to know what they are doing they tell you something is resolved when it is not. The teller kept my bank card and did not notify me after that they froze my card and I went back and forth with them until I had no choice but to get a new card. The supervisors in the chat option are of no help and tell you to call the bank then why have the chat option in the first place Sofia???? They have made the last two weeks a so inconvenient for me and do not be surprised when I close my account because of your staffs stupidity and lack of customer care/support.
