I've been with them for just over 14 years... I've got multiple bank accounts with them... and have had a variety of things happen. I've had a credit card number stolen from me... they worked with me consistently until the issue was resolved. I never had to pay for whatever the thief was buying. And rest assured they did what they could to make sure things were secure by getting me a new card number in less than 2 days. Every single Huntington that I go into, I'm always greeted by a happy and cheerful face. Very rarely do I catch someone having a bad moment or bad day... and if I do... I was in a time crunch, as I had to be at an appointment in 30 mins on the other side of Shelby during heavier traffic near Hall Road. The roads get congested fast. Instead of taking my deposit, she tried to pitch additional services to me after I informed her of my time. She was nice, but I try to avoid going inside due to the sales pressure and in and out time compared to just making a deposit at the atm.

Strange though instead of putting your card in sideways you have to put your card in front first. I was happy yesterday Thursday July 19th and this morning to withdraw some cash for lunch and the weekend. Drive up ATM is mounted flush to the building wall.. drive around back and it has a covered overhang during weather conditions. This is the fourth time I had a problem with something and the help is awful. They always ask if I have any financial questions but if I had more money. I would not go here.

Customer service lines takes 1-2 hours to receive help, at anytime of the day. I have heard of this issue with several others. I urge any new customer to use another institution. The person that purchased my vehicle has not been able to register or drive it for over 2 weeks now. Its sits in his driveway.
