I attempted to open up a business banking account, and the lady told me that I can only do it with a manager. The manager doesn't come back for six days. It seems really crazy to me that a business that focuses on other businesses can't help them for multiple days on end. I definitely won't be Bank in here. read more

I have been here twice to get something notarized and to open an estate account. The manager, I forgot her name, was very sweet and got me an appointment within a week to setup a probate/estate account. I went to 2 other Chase locations prior to coming here and they were going to make me wait a month! I am so glad I went to the March lane branch. Also the notary was the sweetest, kindest, most special person, who listened to me vent about my mom's passing and shared a little about her own life experiences. We shared dog pictures on our phones. I just adored her but of course, I cannot remember her name either. I think I am getting old timers. :/ read more

CHASe customer service is useless. Chase closed my checking and saving accounts without contacting me. I'm a disabled Veteran (which is on file at Chase), and they closed my accounts because they could not contact a person who wrote me a check. The check they claimed was an issue, cleared the bank it was written from without any problems. I already had over $7,000 in my accounts , which I didn't know where the money was and it was not accessible to me. Chase never called, texted, messaged or sent me a letter via online app or in the mail stating they were closing my accounts. It took over 2 weeks for me to receive checks for the money that was in my accounts. They wasn't going to send the money from the check that they had an issue with until I persistently contacted them to resolve this matter. I had bills to pay and no one from Chase cared about me or my finances! Talking to Chase staff has been useless. No one I spoke to knows why they closed my accounts, especially since I had funds in the accout. read more

Don't waist your time. My account was compromised through quick pay Zelle. It took over 45 days to get money back (5 grand). Second issue I deposited our business checks and the atm machine glitched our. It printed me a voucher that said to call a 1-800 number. After waiting on hold for 1hour and 23min, the customer service person then transferred me to claims so I could wait another 55min. After getting ahold of claims, the claim agent wanted to transfer me to a supervisor. Once she tried transferring she told me they were closed and to call back Monday. They don't call this bank CHASE FOR NO REASON! You literally "CHASE YOUR MONEY AROUND". I will be closing all 5 of our accounts and going to a more reputable bank. read more

Chase on Line Banking are the best. They listen, they assess and they help. I've been off my game with keeping up with my account with overdraft fees. Chase has gone above and beyond to help me. I've been with them for a while through good and very bad. They never let me down. Be nice, be grateful, be positive when you call, ack and know that you need them to fix your issue. Never any long lines in this branch. Barely any lines at all! Maybe 3-5 people at most, but it moves quick. Out of all the chase branches in stockton, this is the best branch to go to if you're in a hurry. Drive thru ATM & 2 more ATMs in front. Always open 10 minutes before opening time and 10 minutes open after closing time. Keep that in mind! read more

I like this branch best because the lines are usually pretty short and the ATM's used to be the best but recently they have been giving me problems. I had one give me an error during a deposit and it ate my deposit last month. It gave me a number to call and the Chase customer service people were not very friendly. I ended up having to call the branch the next day and it took 2 calls to clear it up. The ATM's have given me trouble twice since. Hopefully they can get a tech to fix them and get them back to what they used to be. They also seem to be out of rolls of quarters pretty often as well. Um your a bank, you should have change. I used to work at a Credit Union and we NEVER ran out of change. read more

I went to deposit cash in my cousins account for funeral expenses & they told me they don't accept cash into other peoples account, but they could sell me an $8.00 cashiers check. Mixed feelings as Chase hires really polite and patient tellers, but the greater Chase Bank is shady, dirty, and has the full support of the Federal Bank System and seemingly can do no wrong. Kamila Harris tried to do the common home owner Justice but the settlement was just a drop in the very deep coffers known as this " bank". I will be better off with any other loan service company. 1 star for wrong info given over the phone yesterday by this branch associate. Called to ask about cashing a check issued by JP Morgan Chase without having an account and the lady that answered the phone yesterday told me it could only be done for a check under $2,000 which mine wasnt. Didnt want to send the check certified to my online-only account so i went to golden1 to open a new account. My banker on morada told me it was possible. He even offered to call chase for me to verify which was great. Chase customer service can do a lot better by simply listening a lot closer. The call center worker didnt listen to the simple info that i didnt have an account and kept telling us useless info about withdrawing from atm. After finishing with golden1, i went to chase on pacific and it was a simple transaction requiring just my id and a debit card plus an $8 fee which is great compared to CA check cashing's $141 fee. read more

If thete was a zero star thats what they would get. Don't even get an account with Chase Customer service is the worst. They closed two branches to make one and it only has two check windows, a mila long line on any given day. They don't care about there customers or there employees putting them through this on a daily bases. It's clearly all about the executive pockets. read more

I like them I have a premium account which is very convenient! They have better waiting time and will to work with u if u have over charged your account! They are also more available which made me happy because my previous banks did not care about me nor tried to work with me and were closed early and every weekend! I literally just left this bank and I've been going to it for around a year, sometimes when I go there's a long line and that happens I get it. I came in today and there were around 12 people in front of me and I was in the front of the line in ten minutes with only two tellers! That really never happens so I was really impressed with how they were working; everyone was busy, they suddenly had some people come in that had appointments so one of the tellers had to help him really quick. All of them were smiling and courteous with the customers. Then an older man in an 8 person line complained to the hostess "What do we have to do to get another teller in here?" I WAS SO OFFENDED by the way this older man spoke to this woman that I turned around and told him to have patience and not talk to her like that. Another older man told me that "I'm not in his place so I shouldn't complain". I told him we all waited in line respectively and that they need to calm down, and if I was going to defend these people who work hard I will. We don't know what they're dealing with, I've never worked in a bank before after all, and I can GUARANTEE that these older men hadn't either. I ended up cussing at the older man because he was so frustrating so I I made it harder on you tellers I'm sorry I just had to speak up. How dare you complain if you're already nearing the front of the line? I genuinely hate disrespectful and pretentious people such as these who--if they were in such a hurry couldn't they have come earlier? Why do these workers need to conform to your needs just because you need to be somewhere? Trust me Pretentious old men, they don't want you in their line far more than you don't want to be in theirs. (I may have been applauded out because I made a scene, but genuinely I don't mind it because I hate it when people speak to anyone rudely. I would NOT recommend this branch for any mortgage related requests. We requested info on a re-fi. We did not get any response and after 2 weeks of no callbacks or info, we escalated to her manager. Her manager called, took our info and to this day has yet to respond. My suspicion is that our inquiry wasn't going to generate enough compensation, so instead of calling us and closing the contact, they chose to put it at the bottom of the pile. Really, really bad customer service! Our initial home loan experience was bad too, we have a great loan but it was a nosebleed to get through. Seems to be a pattern here. read more
