She explains things so well and makes the process painless. She gets everything done quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed. PLUS 0% financing for 12 months! And 2% cash back on every purchase. Well, that was an offer I couldn't refuse. I signed up for the credit card. I spent the $500. I got 200 bucks! The next offer to show up was $400 cash back if you open a checking account and have direct deposits that total over $1000 in the first three months. PLUS $0 cost for the checking account if you direct deposit more than $500 per month. Another offer I couldn't refuse. My old bank used to have a branch right around the corner from my house. They closed it. Now I have to drive several miles to go to the next closest location. Wells Fargo has a bank 1.5 miles away from my house, so switching makes sense. Now there is a little bit of a pain and bother of switching direct deposits and all that other kind of stuff but Marilyn at Wells Fargo made it all easy. $400 is a nice incentive, too!

After moving to Illinois, I tried opening a business account online--it failed. I called for help and was told I had to go in-person. So I drove 2 hours to the nearest listed branch, only to find it was just an investment office. They said the nearest full branch is in Chicago--11 hours away. I explained that I have a published book on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, and I need a business account so my customers can pay me. The rep told me to fly back to Florida or drive 28 hours. I'm 69, legally blind, and caring for a 1-year-old. That response was not only useless, it was cruel. On top of that, Wells Fargo closed my unused $11,000 credit card, which had a $0 balance, and slashed my credit score by 100 points for no reason. You've already been fined in the past for opening unauthorized accounts in my name. I still gave you another chance--and again, you delivered nothing but barriers. Wells Fargo Seminole, Florida, has officially lost a loyal customer. You don't help people--you humiliate them. 1 star is too generous.

They called me, locked account until rest of my checks cleared, opened new account, transferred my $, gave new high quality checks & deposit stamp very quickly. Abbey & staff at this branch are always ready with a smile & provide awesome service. Highly recommend them.

They are only open Saturday for 3 hours at one location downtown where it is extremely busy on Saturday and you can't find parking. I bet this is a great place to be an employee however as they always have tons of workers sitting around. They also have discriminated against me and my husband but the details of that are private and hurtful.
