This is our favorite branch. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. They even call us by name when we enter the building. It's hard to feel valued as a customer most places nowadays. Chase sets the example of how it should be done. Keep up the great work! read more

Security guard will stalk you at your car and take pictures and harass you. I do not feel safe at this bank. I do not recommend going to this location. Very unfriendly workers. read more

So I got my pay check from my job and the bank was Chase and the bank rep said it will be a 10.00 fee but if I open an account I would get the whole amount I said okay I will open an account and then the bank rep said oh my banking people are busy today and you can come back late. This horrible that Chase Bank would charge 10.00 to cash a paycheck. Paycheck had your bank name on it!! Do not charge paycheck cashing fees!!! read more

I've had my Chase Amazon credit card and use it religiously for many many years. I've been told by 4 representatives that my credit limit has been cut in half for " not using it to the maximum limit ". Never a balance, never a late fees ever. Spectacularly poor business policy. I'll not use the card and can do without Amazon and will spread the word to others. Also closed my account! I feel insulted and discriminated read more

Chase Bank is the worst bank ever when it comes to trying to transfer money from your accounts to another financial institution (again your own account). If I did not have everything tied up with this bank, I would transfer all of my business. I will try to move all of my businesses funds!!! read more

Branch manager Paula has a training issue with several of her staff with respect to customer service. I thought the first engagement of disregard by the teller was simply an individual having a bad day. Today however I was met by another teller showing complete disregard when I asked to speak to a banker about opening what would be our 7th account with chase. For background, we are opening a trust account w a large deposit that required both my wife and I to take off work and sign paperwork after waiting 4 days for the legal department to approve. With 35min until closing, we were told by a supervisor "we don't have time as we are closing at 5" to assist you. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

Love chase bank easy and everywhere. Get the travel credit card tho instead of the regular it's way more bang for your buck

Wanted to charge me $10 to cash their own check because I don't have an account with them. I never will now!!

This is one of the branches we frequent the most, and have consistently had good service. The tellers are usually very upbeat, and I do not remember the details but the last time hubby and I stopped by together we got into a brief but fun conversation with the lady that assisted us, we literally laughed out loud. Also, on a recent trip I saw a lady customer mistreat a young employee. The employee's name was Chayanne and I think she did a great job, she was also very poised and patient with this woman. I regret that I did not stand up to the customer, but I did make sure to tell Chayanne she did a great job helping me and handling such a rude customer. And I apologized to her in behalf of all of us decent human beings. Said customer later on probably noticed I had witnessed her rudeness and tried to make conversation with me saying such young people are inexperienced and useless and should not work there. I gave her the evil eye and let her know Chayanne did a wonderful job helping me and addressing my questions. I think we all are allowed to have a bad day here and there, but nothing justifies such rudeness. read more

This bank commits face to face robbery! They charged me $8.00 to cash a 51.00 check. Not sure how they get away with that, but I can assure you I don't recommend Chase to anyone read more

This is the worst bank I've ever seen. Stopped to get change for Corrado tonight for our Italian Club. Because I don't have an account (I quit this bank 5 years ago because of bullshit like this) they woulld only give me change for $100 instead of $200. Unbelievable! I'll never bank here, ever! Corrado does because it's next to his restaurant in Carefree and convenient! To hell with thee end Jamokes! read more

There is no bank like this one. I love every employee that this branch has to offer. They are willing to above and beyond for you. Couldn't vouch for each individual enough over there. Thank you for all your help over the years. read more

I dont' like to go to banks. I prefer direct deposit and getting cash when I checkout at the grocery or at Circle K or the like. I've had to go inside this location a couple times. Both times, I was approached by an employee who asked what I needed to do, who then sat me at a "banker's desk", where they took care of my transactions, without standing in line. Nice! read more

I love this Chase branch. I consistently receive excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience at the branch on Shea and Tatum. The younger male employee helped customers who arrived after me before he helped me and then didn't even do what I asked him to do (order new cards). This branch rectified the situation and apologized for his unprofessional behavior. This is a 5- star branch! read more

SOLD MY EMAIL!!! I applied for a credit card and the next day i got 30 spam emails, every day I get a bunch of garbage. I know it's them because they're the only place that has gotten my email for the past few months. It wasn't till I applied. Thanks for selling it off. read more

Isai Juarez just took care of my banking needs, very pleasant experience! Every thing was easy and he guided me through all the steps. He also gave me advice on some future accounts I need to open! read more

I have been banking here for a few years. Normally I think banks are only about money, but the staff here are awesome. They often go out of their way to assist me, which is great customer service. Not much else to say! Keep it up read more

I love this bank! Great ATM, never any problems. And whenever I have to go inside, the customer service is outstanding. When I started a new direct deposit Melissa from this branch called me to see how my new job was going! Wow! read more

I have only gone inside a couple times, but WOW on the customer service! Chase is the best bank I have ever used, and I've probably had accounts at half a dozen over the years. Everything is stellar, especially at this location. read more

Really nice staff. Great customer service. But be prepared to wait... and wait... and wait.... Doesn't matter if there are 7 staff members and only 2 customers. They're slooooow, but very friendly. Great customer service! read more

I was greeted right away. Since Chase is doing away with the drive through service I had to come inside. I brought my 5 week old baby in with me. The greeter (Jesus) offered to take care of my check deposit and withdraw while I waited comfortably sitting in the waiting area. He informed me about the ATM service where I can deposit checks and explained the Chase app to me. I'm so glad Jesus explained this to me as I have 2 kids, one being a newborn and it is hard to bring them into the bank. 5's for this location read more

Every time I walk in here, I feel like a VIP. They greet me right away, direct me to the right banker, offer me cool bottle of water, which is great in the heat. Most services I use charge no fee, which is a welcome change compared to Wells Fargo or Bank of America. This location provides prompt attentive service. read more

No more drive-thru services, not sure when they stopped doing that. Kinda bummed about it since we are in AZ and summer weather just sucks. But I guess everyone are just saving money on their expenses. I would still bank with them, won't stop doing it just because they stopped one of their services. But I'm giving them one less star because of this. read more

I recently got an account here at this branch with chase after leaving a credit union and I am so satisfied and happy I did, I get excellent service every time I come here and they are always very helpful. I sat down with a personal banker and found out different ways chase offers to maximize my money that I never knew I could do! Such a nice quality branch here, you can actually tell they care about you here and want to see you grow your money. Thanks guys! read more
